The best overnight staycation we've experienced so far and for the price, it's truly a steal! Pros: 2hr drive from metro manila 2 toilets and 2 showers no addtl fees for most activities responsive to queries (ig and actual front desk) good air-conditioning and exhaust system power outlets where you wish them to be feel immersed in nature without giving up your creature comforts Cons: - Stairs to cabins are a bit steep. I love how they built around the trees. Except for one tree trunk blocking the stair around the middle, they put a warning sign which is easily visible when going down but going up could be tricky if you're too focused on not missing a step. My sister hit her head and almost fell back from the impact. Good thing my brother was behind her! That trunk is a tragedy waiting to happen. - heated bath can take some time to fill up -dead insects, leaves, pollen in the mini pool in the morning (wish they had a pool strainer. we would've been happy to clean it up) - 3pm Check-in

房間內設施木頭有一點點老舊斑駁，但美景無敵。前台動作非常慢，辦理入住和退房等待時間非常久非常久非常久，早餐非常難吃，選擇不多，唯一只吃了歐姆蛋，沒有咖啡機，建議去附近其他咖啡廳用餐

酒店環境不錯，細節很温馨安全，，周邊有配套的餐廳和商場，在離馬尼拉比較遠的地方，有這麼好的環境和配套已屬不易。下次出差客户這邊，還會選擇入住。

Got the Family room. This one has spacious bathroom (no bathtub), kitchen, dining area, a couch and 2 beds (king size & single bed).

我的女兒和家人去年7月29日住了2晚2個套房家庭房。房間夠大。我們唯一不喜歡的是每個房間裏面都有一隻。總共2只。我的女兒抱怨這一點,因爲我們有2 x 8個月大的嬰兒。接待員確實做出了迴應,並試圖捕獲和殺死。廁所中的一個水槽在我們最後一次入住時確實被堵住了。空調很好。酒店只需要保持他們的衛生和清潔,並試圖擺脫他們酒店上的。否則,hoyel工作人員對酒店很好,位置很好,靠近主要城市和市場。

酒店比較乾淨，服務也好，基本算是個能拿的出手的度假酒店，早餐還行。 設施方面，游泳池比較大，但不是標準的，類似小孩玩的圓形泳池。健身房該有的都有，但是很小。 酒店靠裏的地方有通風設備，特別吵，睡覺輕的估計不舒服。 最後我想説，攜程大數據殺熟，同樣的酒店，攜程定700多，別的平台便宜100，對攜程很失望。

環境是絕佳的整體健康度假村。包裹在森林裏,到處都是樹木和有機農業。 好:水療治療真的很好。所有的治療師都很專業,我有一個非常好的體驗。 改進: -離機場2小時車程。度假村不提供機場班車服務,我不得不自己找交通工具。幸運的是我找到了一個非常可靠和好的司機。 -客服達不到如此豪華的度假村水平。其中一些很好,但有些似乎在回答請求時相當不情願。就像我預訂時一樣,需要他們永遠回覆,沒有跟進。我還按預訂時的要求發送了我的健康報告,他們從來沒有讀過,當我到達時仍然問我。有什麼意義。 - 食物可以更好 - 其餘的裝飾和歌曲非常過時。

Service was excellent and above expectation. Guests are not left alone and any concerns are immediately attended to. Hotel and amenities look great despite the five year span between visits. Easily worth the money spent.
