「Toilet has bidet. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms / This is my third time here because they’re one of the few resorts that are pet friendly in the Mabini area. For the accommodations and the price it’s very good, I loved the view. They’re improved by including a game room. I like staying here although food is still an oily, but it’s a 20-25 min drive to the town area so can only eat their food. My toilet didn’t smell so great. Be prepared to climb up and down flights of stairs.」

「All good but if they can use white light much better. Ang lungkot ng dating ng orange light. There were some minor defects in the room due to siguro old na ung building but tolerable. Limited ung options of food and mejo pricey. We enjoy na lng our stay and experience.」

「We stayed in this hotel because it was close to a friend’s wedding venue. The hotel is on a vast property and is quite nice to look at as you drive up the grand driveway. We arrived late in the evening of our first night. Lobby staff were quite nice but when we got to our room which was pretty far away, the room cards weren’t working. Luckily, a staff member was walking by and helped us get a new card. We stayed here four nights and had problems with the room card every time we returned to our room. Pretty frustrating. The hotel has a beautiful view of the volcano and surrounding mountains but it is old and feeling worn down. Breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. Wouldn’t come again though. But thanks for the stay!」
