12月3日至6日與我的妻子一起住在諾富特酒店。我們第一次訪問這個可愛的國家。該酒店非常乾淨，大堂舒適。熱情而專業的員工幫助我們度過了一段快樂的假期，他們的英語說得很好。我們的房間很寬敞，舒適的床以及儲備豐富的迷你吧和免費咖啡。浴室寬敞，備有花灑淋浴。  這家酒店位置便利，距離Via Via阿根廷地鐵站只有2分鐘的步行路程，也可以在街上幾乎任何地方叫出租車。附近還有小商店（小型超市）和藥房。靠近地鐵站的地方有許多就餐場所，供應當地美食，還有主要的國際連鎖店，例如Burger King，Little Caesars'和Subway。沿著地鐵站沿著大道稍遠一點便是眾多大型百貨商店，直銷店（Nike，Puma等）和眾多電子商店。  我們沒有選擇在城市裡享用的酒店早餐，但是有一天晚上我們在酒店餐廳享用了美味的晚餐。我的妻子吃了一流的鮭魚，而我的豬肉紀念章也很棒。  我們希望盡快返回巴拿馬城，一定會再次入住這裡！

離機場近，往來有大巴接送，衛生情況也不錯，樓下早上還有自助早餐。樣式也挺豐富，值得推薦。轉機的可以考慮

交通便利，房間略顯陳舊，有一點霉味。

這家酒店非常好，前台工作人員非常友好，游泳池比預期的要小，但是熱水浴缸很好。 。 。 。 。是一個冷浴盆，景色很美，床很舒服。 我們支付了我們在這裡住了2天的“自助”早餐。請不要浪費你的錢，雞蛋是亂七八糟的，但是很濕，有些東西要是我什至不知道那是什麼。第二天，我們沿著街上走，買了份適當的早餐。 我會留在這裡，只是不做早餐。

1) First 3 nights, pool was closed for renovation. Reception said ”No pool available”. Only this, I thought, the pool was completely closed. On the forth day, I saw, guests were swimming. I asked the reception. ”Yes, you can swim”. Why the reception could not inform us only 3 days closed? 2) No towel after cleaning. Also first 3 nights. I thought that the clean team forgot to leave it, but it was not forgetting, but not ready. Towels were delivered around 19:00 first 3 nights. I called the reception every night and they said ”We inform the responsible staff” and waited for hours. Why reception didn't answer ”Towels will be delivered around 19:00 today” or advised us for delay delivering in advance? Then I didn't have to call the reception every day. Anyway, I had to wait to take shower till 19:00. Outside was 30degrees, and I wanted to take a shower immediately. 3) Weak WIFI. WIFI at Reception was with 96 Mbps, however, room at the door was 14 Mbps and at bed, no signal anymore. At desk also 2 Mbps or no signal. It's impossible to watch streaming like Netflix or web meeting. Also no smart TV. 4) My room card key was invalided every day. I had to go to the reception after back to the hotel (Elevator works with valid room card key). If no guests are at the reception, it takes soon, but one day, big group was there, and I had to wait more than 10min or more. I had a take away food, and it was no more warm when I was back to the room. 5) They asked me an advance payment even flex rate booking. They need cash? 6) No refrigerator in a room.

Our stay at the Residence Inn in Panama City superseded our expectations and climbed to the top of our list of favourite hotel experiences. This year, we planned our first annual Girls' Trip to Panama. Three friends. 7 days and 6 nights. 1 hotel. Let's just say that the ”maths was mathsing”. Thankfully, as our accommodation and comfort were paramount to a fun and memorable trip.  Residence Inn Panama City delivered high-quality customer service from the moment I booked a taxi to transfer us from the airport to the hotel. On the way, the driver, Mr. Clarke with an E! (inside joke) gave us a mini tour and entertained us with local historical facts. When we checked in, we met Yani at the front desk, whose professional, courteous, and helpful demeanour made us feel welcome. During our trip, Yani actively sought our feedback on the service from the food to our room. She listened and provided thoughtful explanations as well as actioned our recommendations where practical.  On another occasion, she helped us make an appointment and find a healthcare provider for a medical emergency. We were astounded by her empathy and sincerity. As a brand ambassador for the Residence Inn, she exemplified the values and ideals of customer service espoused by Marriott. Also, I take this opportunity to recognise there were other Associates, who provided support as needed.  The hotel's central location was another plus for us. There were several nearby restaurants and groceries within walking distance.  In terms of recommendations, we suggest adding dishes to enhance the variety at breakfast, especially for persons who stay longer. We suggest that the meal options for dinner are more appetising and aesthetically pleasing. Food is our love language! Otherwise, we had an enjoyable time and plan to stay at the Residence Inn whenever we visit Panama. Thank you for enabling us to have a memorable Girls' vacay!

Location was perfect, front desk was exceptionally fast and friendly for checking in, checking out and helping me with with printing, transportation service from the PTY airport and back was fast, secure and comfortable, the servers at the restaurants were very attentive, and I was extremely grateful how the front desk personnel called me and arrange to get to me what I left behind in my room. They took really good care of me!!

臨時起意居住一天。位置離機場近20公裏，這次巴拿馬入關需要提醒大家的是，值機時就會問你去巴拿馬國的原因，並且要你出示出境的機票和國內的住宿憑證。當時考慮在攜程上買機票時說需要黃皮書，所以，衹買了進去的飛機票，沒有買出境該國的飛機票，結果值機時不讓我登機，說有規定。好在緊急聯繫攜程SOS客服，要求馬上有巴拿馬飛加拿大的飛機票，並在一個小時內完成，因為離登機時間衹有最多一個小時的時間。最後通過攜程英文客服與巴拿馬航空公司溝通，得以最終同意登記。黃皮書之事並沒有問起，虛驚一場。到了巴拿馬國家后，入關時也別滯留15分鐘鳳確認是否有滯留該國的嫌疑。

房间舒适卫生，环境很好，住得很舒服。前台服务人员热情，态度很亲切。早餐也不错。我们参加了酒店提供的短程热带雨林游览，见识了热带雨林特有的动植物，比如不同种类的蝴蝶，青蛙，还有树懒，可爱极了！真是一次难忘的体验。

我們在海灘之家住了兩晚,我們的3rd-floor房間有落地窗,可以望到碼頭和海灣,從我們的房間和陽台上看阿馬多爾和城市的景色都很美。房間裏有冰箱和咖啡機,這很棒,因爲我們不得不離開,然後他們在我們住的兩天都供應早餐。步行距離內有很多餐館。當我們在那裏呆的時候,隔壁的自然公園由於新冠病毒關閉了,游泳池也在維護。然而,當我們由於過夜航班提前到達時,他們讓我們一有空就入住我們的房間,我們非常感謝!退房後,他們還給我們保管了行李,以便我們下一班旅程出發前可以去託巴加島,感覺他們非常周到和包容,這家酒店是很棒的選擇。
