在紐西蘭塔拉納基大區，設有Wi-Fi的飯店

入住當天，我們發現兩張床的床罩上都有頭髮和污漬（可能是泥漬？）。不過，我們把照片給前台看了之後，他們非常重視，並迅速採取了行動。在我們外出期間，房間很快就打掃乾淨了。飯店也免費贈送了我們雙人早餐作為補償。他們積極的態度和高效的反應讓我們覺得這只是個意外。 入住第二天，新普利茅斯似乎正在舉行某種賽車比賽。清晨不到七點，我們就被一陣吵雜的引擎聲吵醒了，引擎聲離我們非常近。我們拉開窗簾想看看發生了什麼，結果震驚地發現許多賽車就停在酒店正門前，似乎在進行某種登記之類的操作。可以看到，那裡擺著一張桌子，一些工作人員正在忙著做什麼。因此，賽車越來越多，引擎的轟鳴聲和人們的交談聲此起彼伏，一直持續到早上7點半左右。說實話，我們對此非常不滿！來飯店入住的客人原本希望好好休息，沒想到一大早就被吵醒。如果他們安排了這類活動，就應該在預訂時提前告知其他客人，確保他們有所準備或願意接受。所以，經歷了那天早上的這件事，我不確定是否還會再來這家旅館。很抱歉這麼說，但被這麼早吵醒，感覺飯店沒有給我們任何尊重，讓我很不舒服。 希望飯店能有所改進。

Well ..Firstly..AS SOON AS I GOT INTO THE APARTMENT...IT WAS LIKE...””IM INSIDE AN OVEN ”..OR IN A 😓 desert !! I went all around the apartment looking for aircon....but... Trust me....NONE... SO I am actually going through menopause...and I WAS VERY 😡 upset ..I knew this very moment....””I WONT SLEEP IN THIS HEAT TONIGHT ..hot flush n then the apartment was really really 🔥 HOT...THE temp yesterday was as high as 30°c...I have pictures as evidence ..on the Facebook community page about the temp last night or yesterday.. I KEPT ON Taking short cold showers in order to get ”:some'”” Sleep.. But yes ..It was a long frustrating night for me.. Secondly..at 11.00pm..to 1135pm.WE HAD NO WIFI... I HAD TO EMAIL .TRIP.COM.. SO AFTER 25MINS ...THE WIFI WAS TURNED BACK ON... THIRDLY...fleas in ALL BEDDINGS... WE TOOK OFF THE BEDDNGS ..N SLEPT ON THE FLOOR.. Because on the bed..the fleas were biting n I brought sheets from home .. which I always do whenever I go to any hotel .. N used it to spread it ontop just to lay down on it... Well apart from all these ..everything else was fine ... But yes ..I would NEVER BOOK ACCOMODATION without aircon ...I cannot imagine ..how is it possible 🤔 esp in an area such as taranaki ...with so much heat ...n NO AIRCON...WELL THATS ALL .. U can see the photos...it's telling u..the temperature. I'm.. NOT the only one ..who felt the heat ... It's NOT JUST ABOUT MY MENOPAUSE... THE TEMP DURING SUMMER IS UNTOLERABLE for EVERYONE!@

Mediocre. There were some significant issues during our stay. That being said, the service was friendly and they tried to help where there was an issue. Unfortunately, there were a few though. To start with, they gave us the wrong room, not that which we had booked (a double instead of a twin). They quickly accomodated this however and moved us. Over the first night, we noticed it had been particularly hot. Despite there being AC in the room and having it on the lowest settings, it did not cool the room. We did inform them of this and they offered to move rooms or give us a fan, this was helpful but dissapointing that it had not been checked earlier. We were also dissapointed that there were no towels provided, despite face cloths being so. The car park was non-existent, being a junk yard instead. There was street parking available but felt less secure. The location was resonable with easy access to takeaways and the supermarket. There were some troubles over the nights including loud, persistent banging on the doors which the owners seemed to do nothing about. Possibly patrons of the attached bar. We did not use the bar or restuarant facilities so cannot comment there. On the bright side, the shower was excellent! Great pressure and temperature, lovely after a long day out.

4 star hotel,nicely decorated lobby , conference centre with heated outdoor pool , free mountain bikes but gym is a 6-10 min drive in aquatic centre. Parking is limited so need to inform reception if use Paid lots. Crowded in summer

標誌使物業很容易找到。物業內外都完美呈現。入住非常容易,穿得很好的主人很高興處理。房間一塵不染,提供了旅行者所需的一切。非常小,小的,小的東西-沒有關於如何使用電視的說明!如果你家裏沒有天空,並給了2個遙控器,非常混亂。我堅信,如果我問了,主人會解決這個問題,如果我沒有那麼累,我會問他。但這絕不阻止我返回或向其他旅行者推薦這家汽車旅館。5分5分。

地點走去海邊和CITY CENTER比較遠，但是不遠有麥當勞和COUNTDOWN，早餐可以，房間寬敞，新西蘭酒店住一家三口太方便了。

酒店應該比較久了，但還很乾凈，地點也很好，就在市中心，去超市或餐廳都很方便，離海邊也很近可以走去逛逛；樓下停車也很方便；窗外景色也很棒，可以直接看到海

Room rates are reasonable. Location is quite central so everything is within walking distance . The place is well maintained with free parking on site. Room was super clean and neat. Was happy to find the kitchenette well equipped too. The site manager was also very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place, it’s worth the penny if you are looking for a comfortable accommodation on a budget!🤗

酒店靠海的，位置還可以，離大型超市也不是很遠，附近商鋪還是蠻多的。酒店看着裝修是有點年數了，但房間還是挺大的。這種一個大床和一個單人床還是滿適合家庭三人入住。新西蘭的酒店都不提供牙刷牙膏，請自行帶好！

5晚的價格不錯。正如我在前台提到的,客房服務人員更換了掛斷的毛巾,我很高興再次使用(與浴室卡片上所說的相反,現在是大多數酒店的標準做法)。這是一個額外的4條毛巾洗衣超過5天一個房間 - 這一切都增加了 - 我只是在考慮地球和自動洗衣賬單!
