酒店是一家獨立的農莊，位於奧爾維耶託對面的山頭上，在酒店的草地上就可以眺望奧爾維耶託的全景，輕鬆欣賞小鎮日出、日落的好地方。 農莊維護的挺好，9月末入住開滿了馬鞭草、月季等，地上還撿了不少板栗，酒店面積雖然不是很大，但環境不錯，視野極佳。 早餐也蠻豐富，有火腿、蛋糕、派、麪包、水果和咖啡等等。 距離奧爾維耶託很近，自駕很方便，第二天去小鎮玩，酒店經理給了我們小鎮地圖，還給了不少建議。是不錯的住宿選擇。

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria. Hotel datato ma decoroso, pulitissimo ed il personale gentile e disponibile. stanza molto silenziosa e letto comodo. La colazione semplice ma buona. ritornerò sicuramente

很棒的小民宿,離斯佩洛很近。我們把它用作探索翁布里亞4晚的基地。該物業在城牆外的主路上,馬路對面有公共停車場。我們確實發現,由於銀行假日或週末的假期,我們回來時發現停車位有時很困難。房間很寬敞,有一個漂亮的浴室,但不幸的是,有一個排水氣味問題,這使我們的住宿有點破壞。我們在淋浴排水口上放了一條毛巾,這在很大程度上固定了它。早餐很棒,每人有美味或甜的選擇,咖啡和果汁等。你不會餓!5月份的游泳池太冷了,但我們在漫長的羅馬小徑後使用了溫泉,這太棒了。總的來說,價格是一個不錯的地方。

It felt like spending some time at your grandparent's place. The owner and staff are warm and attentive. The building is old but well-maintained and clean. I could keep my luggage before check in time in the receptionist area. The location is near the Basilica of Saint Claire, if you're taking the Assisi Link Bus Line C from the station, get down at V.Della M.Dell'Olivo stop and it's a 3-min walk from the stop (downloadingmoovit app will be helpful). There is a small elevator so you could take your suitcase easily to the room. The bathroom was quite slippery when it was wet so I had to be careful not to fall down. Basic amenities are provided except tooth paste, tooth brush, and hair conditioner. If you only need the basics, this hotel is sufficient.

A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in. The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect. Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

Location is super convenient, right next to the Piazza del Comune. And close different Basilica. The only draw back is, if this is in peak season, people might be noisy on this convenient road and cars start running through early in the morning for delivery. I am a city person, so I am fine with it, or than that everything is perfect as this is the vibes of the city. Room is excellent and clean. Host is friendly and really responsive. For foreign visitor, the most important thing is host is willing to speak with us in English. Facilities super new, nothing to complain. Highly recommend for a short stay. Cozy and spacious apartment, making me feel like second home in the trip.

Set quite a way out of Perugia town, a car is needed to access this hotel in the hills. It is a little step back in time. The room fixtures are early 70s and there’s nothing super fancy here, but it is a charming and relaxing stay. The room is spacious but the bathroom is tiny and really needs an update. Breakfast was a nice spread but staff were not topping up anything and most items had run out by about 9:15am. The front patio is a relaxing space to sit and take in the pretty flower pots. Staff are lovely and this was a terrific last minute option to access Old Town Perugia.

What an amazing experience we had at Borgo Petroro! From the moment we entered in the little hamlet we knew we were in for something special. The quiet location among olive trees makes it a good base to explore the region and the surrounding towns like Todi and Montefalco wineries. The room is beyond comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the facilities like the pool and the restaurant where we ate delicious food in the courtyard. Service is top notch! We especially loved the breakfast where local products are presented. Next time we are staying more than one night!

Abbiamo dormito una notte… arrivati tardissimo e ripartiti mattina presto. Quindi tutto veloce ma perfetto. Colazione ottima e staff gentile.
