經驗總結 1.Check-In:辦理入住台效率高,友好。 2.Dining體驗:住了4晚,在20樓意大利餐廳享用4份早餐,2份自助晚餐,1份晚餐,可惜整體服務達不到5-star酒店的標準。早餐時,儘管點了菜,咖啡還是不供應,在自助晚餐期間,由於擁擠的餐廳,我被要求在第一小時內結清賬單。 3.Room 設施:我房間的迷你冰箱功能不全,選擇不要求更換。 4.Pest 問題:我房間遇到蚊子,通知前台後,施了防蚊噴霧 5.Billing 困惑:我最重要的問題發生在我在意大利餐廳的第一頓飯,用房間號簽單後,接到電話要求信用卡付款,最初以爲這是標準程序。我要求服務員與前台覈實我的客人身份,解釋我的住宿是在護照上登記的。但是五分鐘後,服務員用付款機敲我的門,堅持我結算賬單。這既令人尷尬又令人困惑,因爲我已經覈實了我的身份。 儘管我試圖澄清,但長途飛行和一整天的會議後,我感到有壓力要付款。當我聯繫前台澄清時,我被告知問題是由於沒有提供押金,在辦理入住時從未被告知。第二天我給酒店經理髮了郵件,但沒有收到回覆。 6.退房:迷你吧費用被錯誤收取,但前台最終免除了費用。

能住~早餐別奢望好吃..能吃 床墊一般般~挺老的. 唯一方便就是附近門口有個達美樂~很呆嗎吃飯.本地吃不喜歡

網絡基本可以滿足，服務很專業，位置相對在比較中心的位置，但是攜程的描述錯誤，酒店距離機場距離18公裏而不是酒店描述的9公裏。店主是個本地人，很熱情。樓下安保做的很好，24小時保安在樓下執勤。在吉大港這樣的酒店已經很不錯了。周邊沒有什麼工地，睡覺很安靜，很適合商務出行

We stayed in a King’s Double Deluxe room at Ramada by Wyndham, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, and the experience was excellent. My wife and I truly loved our stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. The food was delicious with great variety, and every meal exceeded our expectations. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, Ramada by Wyndham Cox’s Bazar is easily one of the best hotels in Bangladesh. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to stay here again.
