「The hotel is nice, clean, and well maintained. The aqua park and playground are great, and the dinner was excellent. The entire facility is pleasant, the rooms are very good, and overall we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. However, considering the price of the hotel, there were several disappointing points. The reception staff did not seem particularly professional. At check-out, the service was not very friendly, and the reception area is quite small considering the size of the hotel, so it seemed that guests often had to wait. While dinner was excellent, breakfast was rather average. I could not find proper traditional butter despite checking several small bowls where it appeared to be served. This may seem like a small detail, but considering the delicious Hungarian bread available, it was a shame not to have good-quality butter (82% butter). The biggest disappointment, however, was the SPA. At around 10:00 AM, all of the saunas were either completely cold or barely warm. The lady at the SPA reception did not seem particularly surprised when I mentioned this. What was even more disappointing was that nobody informed me during check-in at the SPA reception that this section was not operating properly. Overall, the hotel has many positive qualities, but for the price, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail.」
