總是很乾淨。工作人員熱情友好。房間都很乾淨,有毛巾,額外的枕頭,洗浴用品和充足的存儲空間和房間寬敞。 雖然在地面上,有一個問題不是很好,但這是通過/從森林區域爲非酒店客人的通道。在這個場合,我們遇到了幾個孩子(遠離男人的很長的路),他們踢了一個球,而沒有關心對我們窗戶的影響。凌晨還發現一個男女(不是客人)互相辱罵對方的醉酒話,完全可以把路線當作廁所,就像他們擁有的那樣。然後我讓我的聲音被聽到,然後離開或被移除...傷心地說!酒店必須圍欄該地區,並允許支付客人的隱私和安全。這少數人已經讓一個社區失望,並把自己作爲外國人,兒童和遊客的卑鄙人。

很古老的賓館，挨着教堂的墓地。但這在英國很常見，沒關係。但我房間的浴巾是髒的，上面有很大的幾片污漬，讓人擔憂酒店的衛生狀況。另外房間也比較陳舊。總結：拍拍照不錯，但衛生不好。

First of all the spa was good but the massage was excellent no fault there.. Now this is where It goes all wrong. 1)The room had a bad smell to it.2) on the website it says breakfast was included. We get to reception and they tell us no Evan tho we screenshotted the information so we paid an extra £25. 3) reception was rude and had no information when we asked,all we got was I don't know ( not good enough) 4)the next day we went to book our afternoon tea or lunch as it stats on THIER WEBSITE if U book a treatment (massage) we was told this was not included but their website stats It does. The sales manager came down saying that we can't have it so we wanted our money bk but once again she said no. We questioned Thier website with her but she refused to accept it or Evan have a look. Then she rolled her eyes at my partner this was unacceptable. My partner response was we r not leaving until we have our refund. Which she replied Il go and speak to the GM. After bout 30min the spa lady came to us saying that the GM will honour the deal that was on the website lol. To me id avoid this place spend Ur money else where. Ps it was atleast 5 more complaints before us lol

Overnight stay following a wedding. Great location for our purpose. Room was clean and had all of the expected amenities and services. Tea tray was well stocked. Check in is 2pm, which was awkward as the wedding service was at 1:30. I booked two rooms so paid an additional £20 to check in early at one of these rooms. I telephoned the reservations team on two occasions a few days prior to our stay to enquire about the check in process and how access to the room would be facilitated since we would not be returning from the wedding until 1am. My only criticism would be the lack of clarity I received from the respondents. As a result of the insufficient answers to my questions, I made provision to leave the wedding venue during the day to check in at the second room. Upon arrival at the Two Rivers, all my additional arrangements were negated as the gentleman who checked us in, allowed us to check in for the second room there and then and take the key card. Other family members were staying in the room and I was paying for it. The access to the room was via a separate accommodation block and simply using the key card. All my additional arrangements to check in during the day were unnecessary. It would have been very easy if the respondents to my telephone calls earlier that week had given me that information. We had a good night's sleep and the breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Excellent choice and very good value for money. We stayed here with friends after a family event (also held at Woodfield House which was very well organised by the hotel). Both rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. The hotel is very old and accordingly, sympathetically decorated. Easy access via a key box. Parking is literally just across the road and not expensive. Views of the castle while having a huge breakfast was included in the room rate. My husband said the garden was lovely too.

Awful Hotel the bar area smelt of smelt of stale beer when entering, the carpets leading to the rooms were old and dirty. The room was like a bed sit! Room smelt not sure what of maybe urine I didn’t even get in the bed as could not bring myself to. Noisy people shouting in the corridor at 1am. If I could have moved on I would have done but everywhere booked up. Tables were breakfast were served were sticky and the stale smell of beer put me off! Plus the smoking area at the back of the hotel is where the kitchen door was wide open which put me off eating any food there!
