在英國伐夫郡，設有Wi-Fi的飯店

We booked family room but we got special room with disabled bathroom,I asked for chathey said we don’t have another room for family now.it was very hard to use very low basin for 5”11.we didn't had shower because after 1 person used shower floor gone wet as shower curtain was high from floor .and sofa bed was terrible it was bad experience this time in holiday inn. Although Breakfast was good and had free parking.this month i had 3 different bookings in holiday inn ,in rest of them had great experience only in Dunfermline we got issues.

Location wise Glenrothes Holiday Inn is a bit further from Edinburgh city center and no amenities, unlike Dumferline Holiday Inn. But hospitality and service are more friendly. The available free coffee, hot chocolate and juice drinks is a plus. But hey, the price is much more affordable than others, it is a definitely permanent choice for my frequent Scotland business trips.

房間整潔乾淨很舒服，就是有點冷。服務熱情周到，很有味道的早餐廳 ，食物豐富，可多種選擇，享用了一次當地蘇格蘭早餐。

好,美味的豐盛早餐。服務很棒,酒店工作人員很好,樂於助人。我們租了一輛我們不太熟悉的斯柯達汽車。我們要求酒店官員幫忙調整後鏡。連這輛車他們也不知道,都儘量找出路,感謝他們的幫助和付出的辛勤勞動👍👍👍

寬的房間現代化,舒適的牀。經常家庭,餐廳裏訂的沙拉早餐,餐廳的價格很正確,人人都很友好。沒有幹頭發和預備布,因爲子很高,固定。酒店很冷靜,很孤立。性價比很高。

房間和早餐都很滿意特別是早餐非常棒，周邊的環境都很好，到達酒店時都是女兒辦理的入住，前台的小姐姐很好很親切還送給我們幹烤出來的巧克力曲奇餅一切都很好，就是第二天打掃客房的服務員非常讓我生氣，我早上吃葯沒水了，讓女兒去要瓶水誰知她態度非常不好，告訴女兒你們今天退房所以不給水了，一氣之下我去找她理論最後她拿了水，哪有這個道理呀出於人道也不能這樣，更何況我是消費者！我還沒有退房而且是吃葯，雖然很生氣但我們沒有投訴她，覺得她找個工作也不容易總之其他都很滿意👍

酒店位置很好，裏城區中心很近，旁邊有兩個超市，很方便購物。訂的不含早餐，早餐十幾磅，還行。

A lovely building and entrance, including a lovely garden and fountain. Very clean and classy, reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic, so modern and clean with plenty of floor space and storage. Big smart tv, hair dryer, iron and board, free mini toiletries, tea/coffee, full length mirror…couldn’t have asked for more at such a reasonable price for the room! Only thing was the room felt extremely hot when I first checked in (even though radiator was not on). I asked at reception if I could have a fan as windows barely open and a few minutes later it was brought to my room! Restaurant and bar great, breakfast lovely…highly recommend this hotel
