酒店位置很好👍距離湖邊很近，房間寬敞明亮，清早可以看到日出，可惜陽台應該是長久無人打掃衞生狀況堪憂。早餐服務慢且第二天的土豆吃出了黴味兒，索性放棄第三天的早餐。

接駁車每40分鐘才一班，如果錯過了，等的時間有點長。
早餐很豐盛，價格也很合理。

房間乾淨整齊，距離機場很近。不過也有shuttle bus，每半小時一趟，check in的時候工作人員會告知。早餐雖然品類不多，但服務挺不錯，給了

酒店地理位置極好，出遊方便。高層房間的景色超美。足不出户就可觀看兩個瀑布白天&晚上的夜景。寄存行李服務還是很不錯的。
沒有任何房間服務，不是希爾頓的高級會員也沒有免費飲用水，但是除了增值税還要繳納各種名目的費用。就挺讓人無語的。
總之，為了看景不差錢的，這個酒店的高層房間絕對值得擁有

房間很寬敞，瀑布景色一覽無餘，本來安排在5層後和前台小姐姐溝通給了我們911這個房間😂 浴缸🛁很大，還帶按摩功能，此外還有單獨的淋浴間。躺在浴缸裏打開木製窗可以看到瀑布景色。床墊也很舒適，這是這幾天早餐最豐盛的一家酒店了，如果不是特別早去，建議提前預訂，不然排隊。

酒店地理位置絕佳，就在Square One附近，走路去shopping大約10分鐘距離，Square One裏各種品牌足夠滿足購物需求。入住了一週，剛好趕上Canada Day，在慶典廣場舉辦活動，從酒店步行過去也不遠，晚上還能看煙花🎆
我們每次來密西沙加都會住這家酒店，開車10分鐘就到大統華華人超市，或黃金廣場，外出吃飯都非常方便。酒店房間也很乾凈，衞生間的淋浴🚿很舒服。

我們原本預訂的是奧克斯瀑布酒店 (Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls)，但由於房間維修，他們非常貼心地為我們安排了其他住宿，而且體驗遠超預期！我們入住的是希爾頓酒店 (Hilton Hotel)，房間配備一張特大號雙人床，可以飽覽尼亞加拉瀑布美國和加拿大兩側的壯麗景色，甚至還有一個舒適的按摩浴缸，讓我們在一天結束時徹底放鬆身心。
希爾頓酒店地理位置優越，房間寬敞明亮，一塵不染，員工始終熱情友好，樂於助人。非常感謝奧克斯酒店迅速為我們安排了其他住宿，也感謝希爾頓酒店在我們入住期間提供的優質服務！

在多倫多皮爾遜機場區中途停留的非常好的酒店。酒店(幾乎和機場區的所有一樣)算數,每30分鐘有免費班車運行。
一切都很乾淨,工作人員很友好。餐廳的食物也很好。我會推薦這家酒店,以防你需要在YYZ中途停留,或者如果你在連接,航班之間有幾個小時,也可以使用一天。

這次入住體驗非常棒！ Heater 和 MayQueen 的客戶服務和溝通都非常出色，兩位女士讓我為我母親的生日精心策劃的這次旅行更加完美。我們很喜歡這次住宿，瀑布的景色美得令人驚嘆。辦理入住時，飯店也給了我一些折扣，可以幫助我們更好地享受旅程或體驗其他活動。餐廳的景色還可以，如果菜餚種類再豐富一些就更好了，不過食物味道不錯。總而言之，這是一次非常棒的住宿體驗！

本來興𡚒心情打了折扣
俾當地cd54稅 +泊車費每日45cd應該好簡單
但用紙筆喺度計咗好耐🫣
上到房廁所個body Wash 系用哂冇refill
好似未ready俾人check in🤔
Check out 時又話要收額外人頭費
明明解釋在 trip.com訂房時已計
仍然係話我嗰張訂單有寫🙄

同埋我哋都有問check-in時冇解釋
Check out至收錢

雖然最後佢都攪清楚
但係比我感覺係呢間酒店除咗問
客人攞錢冇其他服務
但係好在佢嘅地點 好方便
餐廳及Clifton hill 只需幾分鐘
睇完煙花就可以迅速返房 加分😆

KKenicatBuen hotel, ubicado cerca de Parlament Hill y con unas instalaciones adecuadas. Sin embargo, las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal son muy ruidosas. Nosotros estuvimos en el piso 12 y parecía que estuviéramos en una área de autopista, ya que no había ni doble cristal.
Están de reformas, así que quizás en unos meses sea diferente.

訪訪客用戶位置： 方便，靠近地鐵和union station，步行距離到達伊頓中心、唐人街等景點。邊上有個很大的食品超市，非常多吃的。
衞生：乾淨，每天回房間都是乾乾淨淨的，下樓吃個早餐的功夫房間就打掃好了
早餐：送了早餐，看到買的話要25刀一個人，早餐該有的都有了，尤其是水果，多倫多的水果好貴，多吃一點超值。餐廳有兩個會説粵語的服務員，服務很好
安全：附近有流浪漢，不要太晚回去還是安全的，晚上建議打車
總結：性價比高，以後還會選擇

GGuiqu-yewufengyuyewuqing浴巾竟然是免費的，住的四人間有空調有床簾子賊舒服晚上還沒人後來半夜來了兩，整體都非常安靜（可能因為沒碰上睡覺呼嚕大的），體驗非常好，洗浴/上廁所也很方便，衞生條件都比較好。走了之後才發現離多倫多大學賊近，而且地處Chinatown好多中文牌子。

訪訪客用戶我們可能住在沒有準備好的房間。洗髮精和護髮素都用完了，所以我不得不打電話給前台去拿。根據許多評論，房間裡曾經有一些硬幣，可以從自動販賣機購買水和汽水。然而，我們卻沒有找到任何硬幣，甚至沒有人向我們解釋這一點。除了洗髮精、護髮素、沐浴露、洗手液外，沒有其他便利設施，所以我強烈建議您自備。
Wifi 根本不能用。嘗試連線但出現錯誤。
所有員工都非常好，但服務很差，而且不值得這個價格和聲譽。

AAihuanxiangaishuaijiaodelaoma因為是晚班機，出海關時耽擱了點，到酒店已經是半夜12:00了。酒店前台是一位年紀稍大的男性服務員，耐心平和與我交流，順間平復了我煩操的情緒。房間乾淨衞生，我和兒子很滿意！第二天接我們的朋友要下午3:00到，我又與前台商量可否延遲退房，很爽快答應到下午2:00，全程未嫌棄我的bad英文。早餐去餐廳點的，體會下加國的酒店早餐，菜單沒一箇中文，研究半天，與兒子點了兩份大路套餐，還不錯，就是折算成人民幣有點小貴，很正常，當地貨幣一點不貴。總之，品牌店就是不一樣。

Qqawsedrftg我晚上8點才入住，明明預訂的是雙人床房，結果卻被安排到了只有一張特大床的房間，所以我不得不立即退房。我不知道入住的工作人員是不是漏看了我的預訂，他們告訴我我預訂的房間已經訂滿了，這讓我有點不爽。他們道了歉，提出了各種條件來簡化手續，但我還是有點失望。 ㅠㅠ
不過，我還是非常感謝工作人員的辛勤工作。
對於從美國過來的旅客來說，這家飯店的位置很方便，只需過彩虹橋就能到達，不用走太多路。
10樓是享用早餐的地方，景色最佳。 ^^

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

訪訪客用戶The hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.
