My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

Check in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

There were also plenty of healthy choices, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and an assortment of cereals. The coffee was strong and fresh, and I appreciated the selection of teas and juices as well. The staff was attentive, constantly refilling items and ensuring the area stayed clean. Overall, it was the perfect way to start the day, and I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional breakfast!”

這個地方越來越老了。管理不善的工作人員。嚴重的問題wirh氣候控制,實際上在marriot不存在。。很多很多道歉,小動作。該把JW品牌從大樓拿下來了,不值得!

Good location for business trip in Kolkata

Everything was top notch.. I checked past midnight but no hassles. I was a bit underwhelmed when they requested me to checkout before 11am citing another booking. I protested as their check out times while booking are 12pm and check in is at 3pm - leaving them ample time for turning around the room. Rest of the experience was amazing. The room was fantastic and the breakfast spread was to die for.

服務一般 應對速度比較慢 需要不斷催促。門卡打不開催了半天才幫忙解決，雖然態度是可以的，但工作效率不高。另外床單的清潔度需要提升。
