In the heart of an old Bajan neighborhood sits this Villa that was once a family home built by the owner’s ancestor over 70 years ago. It features 18 inch limestone outer walls which keep the interior cool on hot days. Villa Dorothea, named for the matriarch who build it, has 3 bedrooms and 2 updated full bathrooms. East-facing bedrooms give optimal airflow and also come equipped with ceiling fans and A/C wall units. The large, fully equipped and modern kitchen is a chef’s delight and relaxing is so easy with spacious living and dining areas as well as a large, breezy balcony.
