酒店從火車站走路至少十分鐘吧 除非你知道路不用看谷歌地圖還沒拿行李 總體推薦入住 1）房間乾淨整潔設施算齊全（不過沒有燒水壺沒有速溶咖啡三合一，衹有給紙杯）其他都有 2）如果你預算是1500人民幣內想要近火車站，這家應該是最合適的選擇

I was there for 2 days, from 9 to 11 May, I was there together with my wife. The Hotel is quite good .Admittedly we waited a while to check-in, a lot of guests just arrived , but after that everything was fine, great service at the reception , we were by car ,the lady from the front desk showed us how to get to the parking lot. The room was small but pleasant and clean, breakfast good, staff very good. If Im ever in Zurych definitely come there back.

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.

我不得不在蘇黎世住一晚,因爲我到達的時間太晚了,不能坐火車回家。酒店地理位置優越(2.5Km離機場),坐火車、公共汽車或出租車很容易到達。房間真的很舒適乾淨。它有一個保險箱,一台電視,一台帶水的冰箱,一張舒適的牀,外加衣櫃。早餐也很好。工作人員很專業,友善,樂於助人。

The hotel is wonderful in many aspects. The interesting thing is that it is located in Walliselen, just right next to Glatt Zentrum shopping department store. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi access throughout the property. The Internet speed is fast. With the modern electric tram, not only the bus, brings me to reach the city center of Zurich and the Main Train Station in short time. In the room, it provides a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, and a bathroom with shower. At lobby area, I noticed that guests can also enjoy the food corner. There is a vending machines there. When need anything, the 24-hour front reception always is there. Very helpful staffs. I also would like to mention the General manager, Mr. Frank Trapa. He is very friendly. I stayed in a pod after arriving back on a late flight, instead of driving home at midnight. The pod was nice, very comfortable. The temperature was marginally too warm for me however, and you can't change the settings. That's where the positive experience ended. My phone charging port didn't work - that's fine - I can overlook that, but it's not ideal I was woken at 4.30am by people getting up and ready for the early morning flights. They were crashing and banging around with the doors and fiddling around with their luggage. Ultimately I couldn't get back to sleep because of the continued crashing and banging and ultimately only got 3.45 hrs sleep (I know this because my fitness tracker tells me so). So it was completely pointless staying - I would have got a better night's sleep at home with my 3 year old and 10 month old in the room next door. I believe the hotel's model doesn't work for the following reasons: 1) Each pod has a door with a very noisy latch. The latch doesn't have to be noisy if people are considerate, but a lot of people aren't considerate at the best of times, let alone at 4am in the morning when getting up for an early flight. It's all well and good to have lots of signs saying ”shh!” On the walls, but most people don't see it, or at least it doesn't sink in. I stayed in a capsule hotel on Japan that has roller blinds instead of doors, which are much quieter 2) people are allowed to bring their luggage into the sleeping space. This invites people to fiddle around with their luggage, which disturbs others from their sleep. Again, in the pod hotel in Japan, people must lock their luggage in lockers in the changing rooms, and are not allowed to take anything into the sleeping space - it works much better 3) the hotel has plenty of separate rooms, with a number of pods in each. Why not allocate guests to rooms by their time of arrival and departure, so that late arrivers don't disturb early departures, and vice versa? Overall, if the above 3 things are fixed, I'd probably stay again, but otherwise, definitely not

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that despite booking a twin room (I was traveling with my mother) that no such rooms were available. The receptionist was very curt and really did not seem to care whatsoever - a very ”not my problem” attitude. While serving us he was extremely rude to another guest who tried to check in who had realized that we were first in line. Overall, it was certainly not a welcoming experience. Later that day, I received an email from Expedia asking about our check in experience and I submitted my honest feedback. Later that evening, I received a call from the receptionist asking about our stay because ”I read many things” meaning he had read my check in review. It was an extremely unprofessional, threatening and passive aggressive act of intimidation that only served to encourage me to write this review and post it on as many websites as possible. Not only would I never stay in this hotel again, I would never stay in any hotel by Fassbind (the parent company) if this is the sort of staff they hire and train. In addition to our very poor staff experience, the hotel overall (though in a great location with nicely designed rooms) is very small and cramped (as are the rooms). The lobby is also the breakfast room and you can barely move around or get your items out of the elevator. The bathroom shower drain is directly in the bathroom floor and water gets everywhere. The AC us extremely weak even though we had it full blast. And other than the germ pot chocolate fountain in the lobby (which was never covered during our stay) there was not a single chocolate offered at checkin, checkout or awaiting us in the room - really quite laughable due to the name of this hotel. All in all, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and DO NOT recommend whatsoever.

百分百推薦，簡直是蘇黎世的寶藏酒店。在附近機場聽起來遠，實際上從市中心坐火車也就20分鐘非常迅速。來瑞士玩多多少少swiss pass或者交通日票總歸有張通票吧，所以來回通勤的費用根本不是問題。噪音非常小，平常幾乎聽不到飛機聲，偶爾會有動力強勁的飛機起飛的聲音隱約傳來，但絕對不會影響到正常的居住，夜間沒有起降就更不用説了。700不到一晚的價格在蘇黎世真的很難找到一個品牌有保障的選擇了，真不用拘泥於在蘇黎世中心那些昂貴的酒店抉擇。獨自出行、窮遊，非常非常推薦。

酒店前台說哦印度人，但是很熱情！房間在頂樓竟然是抽風製冷劑tcl！😄噪音比較大房間比較小，沒辦法瑞士物價高整體給力
