索雷爾聖彼得飯店(Sorell Hotel St Peter)

Estancia de tres noches en el Hotel, la habitación (un apartamento con cocina que no usamos), super limpia a nuestra llegada, circunstancia que se repitió todos los dias de nuestra estancia, perfectamente equipada, y bien insonorizada, el baño con amenities mas que suficientes, a destacar que todos los dias tuvimos una botella de agua con gas en la habitación sin cargo alguno, asi como café Nesspresso y té. El desayuno excelente en variedad y calidad, el Room service, que usé un día, rápido y eficiente, aunque la carta de comida es algo corta en mi opinión. Muy buena relación calidad/ precio. Por ultimo y sin que suponga critica sino sugerencia, las cúpulas que cubren los alimentos del desayuno son enormes y su manejo es algo dificultoso, y ,una explicación mas detallada del funcionamiento del control electrónico que hay a la entrada de la habitación, permitiría usar las prestaciones del mismo al máximo. En definitiva muy buena experiencia y de todo punto recomendable por sus prestaciones y su excelente ubicación. El front desk, correcto sin más.

We have just stayed here for 3 nights. Welcoming and helpful staff at reception for check-in. Very clean and everything we needed. Great location in the old town. 15 mins easy walk from the train station. Yes, there is a lot of church bells but it was not too loud and didn't wake us at night. Good breakfast. Plenty of restaurants close by. We asked for an upper floor with a view and got just that.

Eccellente la posizione centrale dell’hotel, ma il servizio lascia molto a desiderare: nessuno ci ha aiutati nel trasferimento bagagli, nessuno poteva portare la nostra auto e neanche accompagnarci al garage convenzionato. Ma il peggio è stato non riuscire ad avere la stanza pulita per un’intera giornata, e non poter riposare nel pomeriggio, perché alla reception continuavano a dirci che sarebbe stata riordinata entro pochi minuti, salvo a scoprire che il personale addetto in realta era andato via. Non direi un hotel a 4 stelle.

I would recommend this hotel. Though a bit pricey, it is in the most charming neighborhood/district of Zurich (Old Town). The hotel has a modern boutique feel, is extremely new, and extremely clean. The staff is overly kind and also extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend using as a home base close to airport, or for a few night stay. Free breakfast too! The price is a bit higher considering the AC issue. The hotels rooms don’t breathe well and it does get very stuffy

What a beautiful hotel in the perfect location surrounded by the best restaurants. A comfortable and stylish room - they even had ear plugs in the cupboard. Complimentary fresh fruit and a great breakfast. The staff were exceptional too. 6 stars out of 5!! ⭐️

We arrived on a Saturday night. The reception area is beautiful warm and welcoming. Upon arriving to the room there was a plate of fresh fruit which we loved. The bathroom was spotless and color scheme was cohesive with green and oranges. The bed was comfortable. We turned on the air conditioner and left to have a nice dinner. Upon arriving to the room we were met with sauna like humidity. We called the front desk to inquire if we were using the air conditioner incorrectly at which at this time we were informed that the air conditioner was broken and that no one would be arriving to fix it since it was Saturday night and no one was coming on Sunday. We did our best to enjoy the beautiful room and had fan brought in but it was just uncomfortably hot and the window was open with no screen with bugs flying into the room. This hotel is beautiful with prime location to everything. However, I would not book this hotel again due to the laxidasical manner in which the issue was handled.

I had a very nice stay at the Sorell Hotel. Check in was easy and I was meet by friendly front staff. The hotel is clean and my room quite spacious. The nice lobby are next to a cosy restaurant. Everything very central. Will return - thanks for a nice stay.

Good central hotel in Zurich within easy walking distance of many tourist sites including the Christmas markets in December. It was also close to many restaurants providing a wide range of choices. The rooms were well fitted out, well maintained and kept clean, The service was good but like many things in Switzerland the hotel not cheap. I recommend this hotel if visiting Zurich on a holiday.

I saw some of the reviews and was not expecting much.... however, this hotel is amazing: (i) location, right at the heart of the oldest and most beautiful part of Zurich, you can explore everywhere by foot, (ii) amenities, the hotel is brand new, very clean, beautiful bathroom, very spacious, (iii) staff, very friendly and accomodating, and (iv) breakfast, first class. Highly recommended.
