克里斯蒂山水療飯店(The Christiania Mountain Spa Resort)

Amazing what looks like a small hotel...but is not...big pool, sauna, all the perks...Great friendly staff...and of course a great view of Matterhorn..very good place to stay in Zermatt

J'ai fait une recherche sur google : hôtel climatisé . Sous tripadvisor c'est mentionné chambre climatisée , mais sur le site de l'hôtel ce n'est pas indiqué chambre climatisée ! Donc, on perd un tout fou à tout contrôler ... dommage

Wir haben nun bereits zum dritten Mal im März eine Woche Skiferien in Zermatt verbracht. Neben dem tollen Skigebiet ist vor allem auch das Hotel Christiania Mountain & Spa ein wichtiger Grund, wieso wir immer wieder nach Zermatt zurückkehren. Die Familie Franzen und ihre Mitarbeitenden bieten ein tolles Wohlfühl-Produkt an - hier stimmt für uns einfach einfach alles: Zimmer, Schwimmbad/Spa, öffentliche Räume, Restaurant/Essen und vor allem der aufmerksame, freundlich-familiäre Service und die persönliche Gästebetreuung. Zudem ist die Lage des Hotels ebenfalls perfekt für unvergessliche Zermatt-Ferien. Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!

Très bel établissement, propre convivial, on s'y sent bien. Le personnel ainsi que la direction marquent une attention particulière aux demandes et doléances de ses hôtes. Magnifique spa L'hôtel est très proche du funiculaire de Sunnega (env 100 m) A recommander sans modération.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits et avec la demie pension dans cet agréable hôtel Chambre avec vue sur le Cervin et grande terrasse Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’accueil chaleureux et le service en général Les menus étaient bien composés et le petit-déjeuner au top La piscine est grande et permet de bien nager En résumé un hôtel à recommander Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

很棒、安靜的位置。房間可以看到馬特宏峰的景色（雙人間）。早餐沒什麼可挑剔的。我們訂的是半食宿，強烈推薦。絕對“受歡迎”的是每天晚上的開胃菜和沙拉自助餐，包括 4 道菜菜單，如果天氣允許，週六還可以在美麗的露台上進行日落全景燒烤……無論是在接待處還是在前台，工作人員都很友好、彬彬有禮。 、家政服務和餐廳。對廚房團隊的一個大大的讚揚。泳池很獨特。只能推薦這家酒店。

Fantastic stay in Zermatt as home base for some local sight seeing and light hiking. Exceptional qualities of this hotel is the service, the views, and the swimming pool. Embarrassingly enough, our first night I fell ill during dinner and almost fainted leaving the hotel restaurant. The staff immediately helped me lay down and was very attentive for the next couple of hours as I was recovering in the hotel bar. Big shoutout to the bartender for all the help.

This hotel has the best customer service from any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not even close. Every single person is imbued with a deep sense of wanting to go above and beyond. From the porters and drivers, to Helen at the front desk, to the women who runs the exceptional spa, to the housekeeper who walked me to the luggage room 5 floors down when I asked where it was. She could have very easily just told me but she literally took me there. What other hotel has service-oriented housekeepers? A lot of hotels have four stars in zermatt but I don’t know how they are doing the ratings because Christiania is head and shoulders above the rest. The facility is absolutely beautiful, the food at the restaurant was delicious, the view of the Matterhorn was divine. I will only be staying here for my future Zermatt stays. Absolutely recommend.
