Sehr nettes und modernes Hotel, in Badezimmer gibt keine Bidet , leider gibt keine Garage und für Parkplatz zu teuer. Rezeption Leute sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit nur ersteTag bei Check in ein Junge Mann war bisschen unhöflich und nicht Professionell hat Ihm benommen, sonst sehr nettes Hotel und gute Lage. Putzfrau könnte besser reinigen Zimmer

Muy bien situado en el casco antiguo y de la zona de restaurantes y bares. Habitación suficiente y cómoda , baño completo. Muy buen desayuno . Servicio muy amable con varias hispanoparlantes y 1 español . Tienen aparcamiento propio. El hotel es muy nuevo

We traveled around Europe as a bikers group at November. We accidentally Parked outside this hotel and thought we ask for rooms. We have been told we were the first clients and our stay was amazing.everything was super clean staff was very friendly rooms very cozy and the breakfast was maybe one of the best I’ve ever see and tasted. If you are visiting Zagreb it’s worth try and stay in this hotel. Totally recommended.

Wir haben verschiedene Unterkünfte in Zagreb ausprobiert, aber das neueröffnete art‘otel Zagreb hat uns am besten gefallen. Es hat eine tolle, umhüllende Atmosphäre, auch dank der Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und Präsens des Personals. Ein gelungenes Gestaltungskonzept - eine raffinierte Mischung von Design und Kunst -durchzieht konsequent das gesamte Hotel. Auch die Zimmer und Badezimmer (!). Einfach Super! Das reiche und frische Frühstücksbuffet, ergänzt durch ein Extramenü, ist toll angerichtet und wirklich sehr lecker. Zur Entspannung gibt es einen Spabereich mit Sauna und Pool ( den wir mehrmals genutzt haben ) und die Bar. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. In Kürze gibt es auch ein vielversprechendes Restaurant und eine Rooftop-Bar mit Blick auf Zagreb. Wie freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Overall, a very comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious stay! the hotel was beautiful, the rooms well-appointed, and we had a great time staying here. Would book again if/when I go back! Only negatives, pool wasn't working during our stay, rooms were a bit warm for us (heat was on and ac wasn't) and spa services were very full (we should have booked ahead of time!!). I was able to get a wonderful massage and the pool definitely looked awesome!! I'm sure some of these kinks will be worked out as it is a new hotel! But definitely book ahead for the spa services!!

Se cerchi una struttura centrale ma in zona tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile e con parcheggi vicini, da questo hotel ti puoi muovere con facilità perché la struttura è situata a pochi metri dalla piazza principale, è vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni e alla città vecchia. Se ti vuoi muovere per tutta la città, le fermate delle principali linee dei tram sono a pochi metri dalla struttura. La struttura è stata appena aperta e gli interni sono curati fin nei minimi particolari e con un "tocco" d'arte. Le camere sono arredate con molto gusto, funzionali e sempre molto pulite. Tutto il personale dell'hotel si è dimostrato sempre gentilissimo e molto competente, sempre pronto a soddisfare qualunque richiesta. La colazione è molto varia e il personale di sala gentilissimo e competente è pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi ulteriore desiderio. Dispone anche di una SPA con una piccola ma deliziosa piscina e una palestrina ben attrezzata. Un hotel che consiglio assolutamente sotto tutti i punti di vista.

My friend and myself stayed in a hotel for two nights. There were only few other guests in a hotel since it apparently was opened only few days ago. I cannot express our satisfaction. The buffet breakfast is top. I didn't know what to expect since we were used to Esplanade hotel's spectacular breakfast but this was even better. Everything is new, great wellness with a pool and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. In my opinion, this is currently one of the best hotels to stay in Zagreb, located in the pure center of the city.

Nice place in city center with outstanding team of staff. The sevice is 12 out of 10 through all the hotel from reception to the restaurant. Stay there if you are going to Zagreb!
