Super modernes neues Hotel,4*, Absolut hilfsbereit freundlich , hatten falsche Daten gebucht und sie haben aus Kulanz uns ein neue Reservierung kostenlos gegeben. Wahnsinnig nett. Zimmer sehr neu und sauber . Tolle Vegane Kosmetikartikel Gut gelegen ! 1 min Fußweg zur Allstadt , sehr gute Küche

The best thing that happened to me in Zadar is finding this gem of a hotel. Thank you to the owners, the wonderful staff, restaurant and bar crew and the cleaning ladies (who impeccably kept my room and property writ large spic and span!) for the warmth and hospitality for the duration of my stay. Situated conveniently a few walking steps to the sea and a nice walk to the Old Town historic centre. Upon my arrival on a Sunday afternoon, the reception informed me of a free Unesco tour in the Old Town where the focus was to discuss the fortified walls within the context of the Republic of Venice's presence in Zadar. It was a lovely 7pm-9pm walking tour that culminated in the Sea Organ. I would absolutely return and recommend this place to those that prefer a high quality premium place to stay where professionalism and customer service prevails.

My family of 8 and I stayed in this hotel. It was by far our favorite place to stay in Croatia. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered was delicious. Especially the cappuccino they made fresh for you! My husband and I plan to return to Zadar and look forward to staying at the Miramare Hotel again.

Very nicely conceived hotel - nice quality of finishes and above average design. However - at 9 PM my room was 25 degrees and on the bed was a blanket that I would use to sleep outdoors in 10 degree weather. 90% humidity outside maybe 15 degrees. I went to the front desk and was told that the previous day they had switched the system from cooling to heating ?? WHAT ??? Are you using a1950 one pipe system with a water chiller that takes 3 days to swing temps ? Either the developers accepted a seriously inappropriate system, or they dont know how to properly run their HVAC. Kudos to the night manager who gave me another room at 11PM so I could at least get some sleep.

Hotel is in a good location close to the old town, 5 mins walk from the bus station. Staff is friendly, room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is good. Shower curtain should be added to the bathroom to avoid water spills on the floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Aufgrund einer kurzen Geschäftsreise war ich in Zadar. Ich buchte dafür das brandneue Hotel Miramare. Die Lage unmittelbar in der Nähe der Altstadt ist perfekt, somit konnte ich mir die Qual der Suche nach einem Parkplatz ersparen. Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles wurde sehr schön renoviert mit einem Pool um den anstrengenden Arbeitstag perfekt ausklingen zu lassen. Miramare ist mein neues Lieblingshotel.

L’hôtel est neuf, les matériaux utilisés pour l’équipement et la décoration des chambres sont de qualité moyenne et la taille des chambre est modeste à l’inverse de la salle de bain dont la dimension est assez importante. La climatisation est mal placée vous soufflant directement dessus lorsque vous êtes allongé sur le lit, vous obligeant à l’éteindre pour ne pas vous rendre malade. Un petit déjeuner très simple et de qualité très moyenne vous est proposé, le pain est néanmoins bon. Si vous souhaitez des œufs, vous pouvez les commander en supplément. Ils vous sont livrés après une interminable attente et sont trop cuits de telle manière qu’ils sont totalement immangeables. Enfin, en quittant l’hôtel à 10h30 le matin, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de voir que nos chambres n’étaient pas encore nettoyées à 17 heures. A 18h40, il en était encore de même nous obligeant à relancer la réception. Terminons par préciser que la nuit est facturée 350€ en août pour la chambre de luxe qui n’a de luxe que le nom et que la chambre standard est facturée 300€, c’est bien trop cher pour ce niveau de prestations….

In my opinion the "hotel" looks more like a ****** from the outside then an actual hotel. Located on a turn about in the city its always noisy and at night the lights of the cars illuminate the room. There were many pesky bugs that were in the room during our stay. We had issues with light switches and noise coming from the WC. The rooms also were not very clean. Wifi left much to be desired. I have seen reviews about the restaurant but when we stayed it was still closed except for some store bought breads and pastries for breakfast. You really have to walk to go find something to eat. Also, there is a beach nearby but there is always this awkward smell. The locals said there is a sewage run off nearby which would explain the odor in the air and in the bath water. Overall it has a decent look but you just pay to sleep. For everything else you need to either drive or walk someplace. Save your money and go elsewhere. Your wallet and stomach will thank you.

Es un hotel pequeño pero muy lindo y limpio, con un personal muy amable, un excelente desayuno, camas muy confortables y bien ubicado para llegar al centro de la ciudad.
