Excellent friendly staff!

The gentleman that checked us in had a great personality and was very helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was clean. The problem began when we pulled out the sofa bed and unfolded it and the sheet on the mattress had dirt and blood on the sheet. The gentleman at the front desk immediately gave us a new room. that sofa bed was better except there was dirt on the sheet and a yellow stain. we decided to just close it up and my nephew just slept on the couch because we didnt want to change rooms again. The pool was ICE cold absolutely miserable. we planned to spend lots of time at the pool with 3 young kids and they were looking forward to swimming also. we were in there for probably 15 min.

Nice place. Only a sheer for curtains. The thick curtains were just for looks and didnt actually close. So even though check out time was noon, dont plan on sleeping in if light bothers you. The staff was super friendly. Nice and clean. Convienient location.

A reasonable option for accessing Ann Arbor when there are college sports games there. Also the Depot district restaurants nearby is charming. Some interstate exit and downtown Ypsilanti road construction were a bit disappointing but not the fault of the hotel. Also there are no walkable food options near the hotel.

The hotel did not have the room that I had paid for through ******* and I had to spend an additional $536 to stay there and I did not get the room I had reserved.

The pool was not a heated pool. It was the main reason we picked that hotel, to use the heated pool. Our tub wouldn't drain

overall, really nice. the only concern was a cleaning crew member was on a fairly loud and lengthy phone call right outside our door

Daily room cleaning was every 3 days unless requested, so I opted not to have it, but my room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were good and the breakfast room was well kept up.
