伊斯特塞德農場家庭旅館(Easterside Farm Bed & Breakfast)

Had a 2 night stay and it just wasn't long enough. We could quite easily have stopped another week...and next time we may do just that. We stayed in The Granary, which is a lovely room, but the view from the patio outside was outstanding. Sarah made us feel incredibly welcome, and her Breakfasts were superb (the Scrambled Eggs were lovely!). This is a great place to come and stay if you want to get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quiet. We will certainly be back

Stayed in The Granary for 2 nights. It's clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed is high but we both slept well with no falling out of it. Plenty of teas and coffees and even homemade delicious cookies, day two was yummy lemon drizzle cake. Really nice touch. Breakfast is ordered the night before which we had no issue with. As you walk in the farmhouse on the morning you are welcomed by wonderful smells. Make sure you sample the granola before your cooked breakfast! Lovely comfy residents lounge with books, games and a mini fridge. Views are wonderful and we loved the convenience of having the patio and furniture so we could sit out and enjoy the fresh air and bird song. For being so close to some lovely North Yorkshire Market towns it seems a million miles away. Special place to relax and unwind. We used it as a base for visiting family but would love to go back and enjoy some local walks.

We have had a fabulous couple of nights at Easterside Farm. The location is so peaceful and the views are stunning. We stayed in the granary which was perfect, lovely and clean with fresh milk and homemade biscuits/cakes on the tea/coffee tray. A nice comfy bed and plenty of room. Sarah is friendly and welcoming and makes a yummy cooked breakfast with local produce. We just wished we could have stayed longer as it was the perfect place to get away and relax. We are definitely going to be returning.

I came away looking for somewhere beautiful and peaceful, and Easterside Farm has been just that. Sarah has been an incredible host, giving me lots of recommendations of places to tour, she's been so friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend Easterside Farm for a good getaway.

Sarah absolutely typifies the farm family welcome that we were hoping for. The room was comfortable, warm & well equipped with hot water bottles, fresh milk, home made cake & plenty of hot water in the bathroom . Breakfast is delicious (especially the homemade granola). Hawnby roads aren't for the faint hearted drivers! So many N Yorkshire towns are in easy reach once you've braved the lanes.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay with a fantastic host based in Hawnby. Lovely breakfast cooked to order. We stayed in the Carthouse converted barn with sheep in a small field next to it. Had a small patio area with amazing views of the fields and wooded valleys surrounding the farm. Very peaceful area an hour from the coast. Went for a walk right of the farm down the hill to the main road. The walk was 3 miles round trip and took an hour. The walk back was very hilly. Preferably drive right out of the farm on a hilly one track road which is 2 minutes to the main road, unless you don't mind driving very hilly winding single track roads if you turn left out of the farm.

This is a fabulous place to stay to get away from it all. Miles away from any urban sprawl in the North York Moors. Very secluded and remote but with a great pub (The Owl, Hawnby) a 20 minute challenging walk away although that’s about it! We stayed in the double room for one night which was clean and spacious with a separate private bathroom which has been recently refitted to a high standard. The host Sarah is very friendly and helpful with years of experience running B&Bs which clearly shows. She cooks a great breakfast which will set you up for the day. Highly recommended for a short weekend stay or a longer break if you are seeking some peace and seclusion in a beautiful location. We were particularly taken with the lack of light pollution and the night sky as we walked back from the pub.

What an absolute breathtaking location coupled with superb accomodation and hospitality the family.could not do enough for you, arrived to complimentary sweet treats and fresh milk in the room and were surprised with a birthday card and.homemade chocolates that were delicious. The breakfast was superb, proper food and local, well cooked and excellent friendly service.

Our stay surpassed all our expectations. The setting is stunning, with amazing rural views and space to play all around. And the host family couldn't have been friendlier: our young son got to pet the newborn kittens, feed the chickens and ride on the farm's tractor! Breakfast was delicious and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. For a charming, wholesome family farm stay we would thoroughly recommend Easterside.
