美國酒店很一般

Very nice and cozy. Meet our experts. Nice view from my room. Very near Cornell where we do have a meeting.Near many food shop that in walking distance.

Great gym, good breakfast, really nice staff, and for the price it’s a great room. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but they gave me late check out (2pm) to accommodate for it, and things happen so I couldn’t really blame the hotel.

We got the room with 2 queen beds and a queen pull out sofa. For medical my husband had one bed my granddaughter the other bed and me pullout sofa. It was hard as a rock. I ended up buying an air mattress. On checkout I asked the clerk if anyone of the staff ever slept on the pull out. She didn’t think so. I told her they should try one and then order all new pull out sofas. And imagine my surprise to find we had to pay $15 a night to park in the parking lot.

Unfortunately, this hotel and the Hampton Inn share a parking lot together that forced my family and I to park on the street. Another issue is the kitchen staff were yelling and making a ton of noise during the early part of the morning like 5:00 AM. It was a disappointment to say the least. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I plan future stay in this hotel.

Seemed fine. Middle of road. Got in bed. Instantly got 8 bites on thigh. Don’t know if fleas or bed bugs - but was definitely chewed up at once. We switched rooms and second room seemed okay- at least wasn’t being actively bitten. But I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is a first. Wouldn’t stay here.

Lobby is very dark. No bar open and cafe in the afternoon. Cleaning needed at the cafe area all tables were dirty and not cleaned properly between patrons.

Given the reputation of Marriot, I was expecting a better overall experience. $15 charge for parking ... Really?

Loud and disappointing room upgrade for a titanium member

I did not like that I paid almost $500 for a room that they did not have ready until 2 hours after check in. We waited over an hour in the hotel lobby for our room to be cleaned. When I asked about a discount I was given a free drink with my breakfast that already comes with the booking. All and all this was a mediocre hotel. The check in clerk wreaked of cigarettes and she was on FaceTime with a bunch of children when I asked her how much longer my wait would be.

It was a beautiful hotel that I wish I got to enjoy. :( I had to rush out of there at 1am as my babysitter called that my son fell off his bunk bed. So I wish I waaable To stay but I had to leave very suddenly. Wish I could of saved the money and booked another time :(

At $303 per night the extra $15 to park on their property was over the top. My room was nex tto the elevator and the paper thin walls allowed me to hear everyone enter and exit the elevator. I would save the $150 extra per night and stay in Marlboro or Auburn.

This was one of the frienliest and comfortable places we have been at and very convienient for a theater trip
