Like: comfortable mattress good wifi Dislike: Freeway roar paper thin blanket paper towel thin bath towel constantly cycling hvac unit cruddy sink area dirty bathroom area

They don’t have anyone on sight. You in with a computer talking to you. No other humans on sight. Won’t be staying there again.

Shower not operable. Toilet paper roll bracket broken. Kiosk video link front desk check in was a fiasco. Clean facility in a convenient location but doubtful I would stay there again.

Decent room decent price, been a few days and still the deposit hasn’t came back to my account tho

There is no real person at the desk to check in/out -- instead, it is a virtual kiosk. The quality of the connection was poor and we had trouble understanding the person on the other end. When we got to our room, the sink had no running water. It had been completely turned off. We turned the water back on, only to find that it was spotty and then the pipe underneath leaked dumping water onto the ground. It was late and there was no one at the desk so we just turned the water back off and used the shower water to brush our teeth. The room was reasonably clean, although there was clear water damage. The desk had a giant hole in the drawers which made it not useable. Overall, not a very comfortable stay, but we were just here for one night passing through and so were not expecting luxury. Running water is a must though!

Very friendly and helpful. Lots of road noise. In process of updating it seems. Bathrooms need some care. Easy access from I-5. New electronic system for check in (3 days before we arrived) not familiar with it and have hearing aids and voice had accent made it hard to understand.But the staff ws helpful.

the owner/receptionist was very nice, reduced the $100 deposit, but I cannot imagine why a deposit would be needed for a bare bones basic room, needs paint, touch up, a good scrub, more than one soap in the bathroom, really? the bed was ok, the tv worked, and the floors are vinyl covered, nothing special. It was very noisy from the highway, no breakfast and a long walk to the front office for free coffee....would not stay again....

Front desk staff was excellent, always like to be able to park right in front of the door, room was clean, simple and bright with red touches. Great option for a quick overnight stay or an inexpensive extended stay
