伍德布里奇歡朋飯店(Hampton Inn Woodbridge)

I had a great stay at this hotel with my son. The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to everything. I only stayed one night and I parked my car at check-in and didn’t move it till check-out. I felt safe here and I would definitely book and stay here again.

El hotel es bueno, pero el servicio de limpieza es muy malo. Limpian la habitación solamente día de por medio, y cuando limpian la habitación no tienden la cama, no limpian el sanitario, no limpiaron la hielera, no reemplazan los vasos que se usaron. Mejor dicho no cuenten con limpieza de la habitación.

沢山レストランが入っている一角にホテルがあるので便利です。 良くこの辺りで泊まるのでEWR空港からLaに帰る時はここに泊まる事にします。

The Hampton Woodbridge was a very nice place to stay. We were visiting family in Brooklyn and it was a good option for us. It was busy with sports teams, a baseball card show and many visitors. We were on the first floor and it was very quiet. The only thing I wish for was an updated mattress! Front desk hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I like the fact that its right of a main road and has plenty of dinning options in the area. I also enjoyed the breakfast included. The western omelets were great & healthy options as well. However, the carpets, facilities and rooms beed an upgrade. The carpets look dirty

Subpar compared to other Hamptons, location, tidiness, noise, breakfast, the list goes on. Did not come back with a pleasant experience at all. There is another Hampton few miles to the north on the same highway, looked better.

Very rude, cold and dry frontdesk lady at checkin and checkout. Pool had a sign that it was out of order during the entire stay. Tub in the shower was painted badly and was peeling off all over. Front parking lot is shared with a restaurant so, had to park in the back, where the door required room pass scanning, but the door lock was broke and really hard to open that door to get in. Also, there was a collector card show going on there and the lobby was very crowded with visitors and hotel guests had to squeeze thru them to get to/from elevators

My check-in was wonderful but once in the room that’s when it started. Let me start by say the overall room looked wonderful but once unpacked that’s when I noticed the problems. For one the bathroom was so small that you could not sit on the toilet with out closing the door. The bath tub was rusted and cracked and I was not taking a shower with my bare feet so I had to wear flip flops to take a shower. It was not just my room it was my family room also. Now let’s talk about the bed it felt like I was sleep on wood. So I went to the front desk and the lady that was behind the desk seem to careless that my bed was so hard the it had my back thighs and legs hurting so bad that I had to take Tylenol. She said all the rooms beds were the same but my family that was on a different floor said their bed was soft. It a shame that stay at a hotel that cost so much money that you can’t even be comfortable. I will never stay here again l. I will take my business to Best Western which is so sad to say!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our room wasn’t ready for an hour past the hotel’s check in time, so we were left to sit in their lobby with our toddler after traveling all day literally without so much as an attempted apology from the staff. After an hour, when I finally asked a second time for the room key, the staff member shoved it across the desk to me and said, “here” and turned away. We got to the room and it was filthy. I asked that it be vacuumed again, since there was visible food on the floor. Even after vacuuming again, I found crumbs on the counter, dried food on the bathroom floor, and a press on fingernail on the floor. There were two roaches in the hallway. We packed up and left, I told the staff why we were leaving, and they smirked, took our key, and said, “bye.” Never ever waste your money at this hotel.
