Good place to stay

This was a last minute reservation to try to lift my kiddos spirits up. The heated pool was broken and that was the entire reason for this stay...so my kid could swim. Then the USB chargers didn't work in the bedroom and I didn't bring any charging blocks because there was supposed to be USB connectors to charge. So, my kid couldn't use their phone or iPad after it died. Both key cards would stop working and we would have to go get them reprogrammed after waiting 10 minutes for the elevator. There are signs everywhere stating there is a no noise tolerance, but somebody was banging on walls, stomping and slamming doors almost the entire night. We made the most of it and he still decided to swim in freezing water with it being 30 degrees outside.

The pool was out of service upon arrival. The front desk employee had zero enthusiasm. It took us three tries to get in our room as the room key wouldn’t work the first two times. Other than those three things, it was an ok stay.

front desk wasn’t the friendliest check in, and keys didn’t work had to take them back twice. Room was clean and comfortable. However random man knocked on our door multiple times during the night (front desk handled this great). Do not recommend first room floor heard cars slamming and taking all night

Shower was disgusting . Brown/moldy caulking. Shower faucet leaking. Toilet kept running after each flush. Pushing the handle back up resolved the water running.

Bedding had brown/red stuff dripped on it. Front desk attendant did give us another room. Bathroom not the cleanest. Breakfast was very limited.

Better than most. But like all the rest they do not renovate. Back door did not work. Breakfast nothing to write home about

It’s a bit run down, but workers are difficult to find and repairs hard to be made. Staff is very affable and kind. Excellent rate and facilities.

Bathtub has been neglected. Room smells stale. Hall smells of cigarette smoke. Close to train tracks. Room is clean. Check in was easy. Price for room is good.
