布裡斯托爾北部農莊美居飯店(Mercure Bristol North the Grange Hotel)

The staff were lovely, and very helpful. Our room was also very nice & clean. Only one small gripe…. The cooked breakfast wasn’t very warm. The hotplates didn’t appear to do their job. Also, the rotary toaster kept getting stuck. This kept the already busy staff very stretched. They could do with some better equipment 😁

Staff excellent, comfortable beds and general cleanliness. Breakfast great - evening meal average at best and in general hotel required sprucing up and/or modernising…

We stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year as it is perfect for visiting family who are very close by. It is a lovely hotel but rooms are looking a little tired. Staff were over stretched on this visit. Wifi is free and good and there is a large car park.

The hotel was pretty shabby and I don’t know if there was staffing issues but not very clean in corridors dining room etc. The person who seemed in charge of breakfast was quite unpleasant to the young staff. And the food was also pretty awful at dinner and breakfast. The room was stiflingly hot.

The receptionist on arrival was friendly but could not check us in as we were 45 mins early, so she suggested we wait in the bar, we had to wait around 15 mins for someone to serve us. We checked in and our room was clean and comfortable, but the couple we travelled with their room was not very clean and needed vacuuming. We attended a function that was a really good evening apart from the food served, which was nearly edible and would be more appropriate in a prison. Breakfast however was where the hotel really disappointed the breakfast although the hotel was full there was only 1 member of staff on display and we waited over 15 minutes for eggs and sausages to be but on the buffet and the only coffee served was instant from a machine. On checking out the receptionist didn't ask if everything was OK with my stay which says a lot about how the staff care for their guests

The hotel had a good look to it from the outside, surrounded by stunning grounds. Although the rooms were a great size and well catered the hotel could do with a lick of paint and updating. Staff were great as was the breakfast. 15 mins north of Bristol, ideal launch pad

Very tired looking place. Bar and breakfast service was a shambles. One tiny reception with one member of staff on so long delays checking in and out. Would hardly rate this 4 star.

Excellent stay, very good meal in the Fork. Good breakfast with good service. Large room , comfortable bed. (Hot tap to bath very very slow, only down point)
