I would not stay here again. Hotel was dirty (found food under the bed from previous guests, I guess?), dated and very old, small rooms with loud vents. Room we stayed in smelled like stinky feet… inattentive staff. Poor quality for what it’s worth.

The place was great easy accommodations when asked and the staff were so sweet. Easy to get to different dinning options if needed and easy shuttle to and from the airport for terminal drop-offs and pickups as well as drop off for rentals.

Brocken room door in safe room door ice machine is broken 3 floor 4 floor in restaurant I have brack fast I find hair in my food plate v bad experience this place like motel not a doubletree by Hilton

Late dining, excellent food (diner), wonderful staff. Server (young lady) and chef excellent! 1/25/23 10:30pm. Exactly what I ordered, custom, hot and tasty - shrimp was cooked to perfection. Server and chef in sync. Great team! Welcoming Team members at FD and host at restaurant.

The staff is most helpful, friendly, and professional. I have stayed at this location many times, but this time I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was very dusty, and service is n ok t done daily automatically. I I t now has to be requested, or the room will not be refreshed daily. The gas fireplace in the common area is out of order, Ms this was a bit disappointing.

the hotel is deceiving. They claimed to be a great hotel, but as soon as you enter, you can notice they just made a make-up on the hallways and lights. The rooms are the same, the beds are very small ( I rented 2 doubles that were very uncomfortable), tha AC is very old and I couldn't turn off the fan since the control is so old. Some lightbulbs were burned out. I even called front desk and asked for an upgrade to a 2 queen room, and it happens that in the whole hotel they do not have even one room with 2 queen beds, they only had 1 king and a couch and it was more expensive. The restaurant was deceiving too, they charge $27 for breakfast per person, when the "buffet" is better in a "motor inn" hotel.

Mi estadia en este hotel fue familiar, por lo tanto estuvimos divididos en tres diferentes habitaciones. Mi estadia fue muy confortable. Las empleados fueron muy amables y profesionales.
