溫徹斯特萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Winchester)

My stay at Fairfield Inn was excellent. I arrived early and the staff was able to accommodate me by checking me in at noon. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. I will stay at Fairfield Inn again. Thank you for the great service.

The people at the desk were very nice and so were the housekeepers. The hotel was being renovated, but there were still rooms available. I had an excellent room. Very clean with a nice size TV, refridgerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, and you could keep it very cool if you wanted. Not like some other hotels where they control the temperature. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were excellent and my room was always fresh and clean, with everything I needed. You could get coffee and continental breakfast in the morning that was perfect for me. Since I am not a breakfast person. The facilities were closed, because of the renovations, but that was okay with me. I would stay there again, if I was in that area. Oh and lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Too tired to complain so I slept in the other bed, but started thinking that if sheets on other bed were dirty I was probably sleeping on dirty sheets also, so had very little sleep during the night. Other than that, room was good. Desk clerk apologized and had me join the points program. In thinking about it, I probably should have gotten at least a discount on my stay. Also, very little breakfast choice

We found out two days before our stay that due to remodeling, the pool would be closed. This was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. The first room we were in had a loud noise that we found objectionable and unrelenting. We requested another room and were given an upgrade which was much better.

Just renovated the hotel and it looks amazing! Room smelled fresh and very clean! Bathroom was huge and shower pressure was amazing!!

Friendly staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Some renovations were going on, but hardly noticeable.

This establishment charged a smoking fee to my employees room, when my employee did not smoke in the room. He is a smoker but always goes outside! I have booked him over 100 rooms in the past with zero issue. The hotel said that they found a empty cigarette box. They also mentioned a cup that didn't have any ashes in it, i found this confusing. I was told they would email pictures of their "evidence " i never received them.
