威爾明頓市中心萬怡飯店(Courtyard Wilmington Downtown)

Overall the staff was friendly and accomidating to our needs. The hallway on the 2nd floor was freezing everyday all day. The bistro is very limited in selection of items. Most of the staff was very friendly and willing to assist us. There were two people that seemed like we were bothering them at tge dront desk and the bistro.

Convenient and comfortable stay, although there were not many dining options within walking distance. One issue was a small power outage which knocked out the Internet service for the weekend but otherwise we were very pleased with the stay.

Pretty awesome experience. Staff was very helpful, and polite. Everything was straight forward. Room was clean. The only problem I had was the tv not working and there was no shower curtain, but other than that, this hotel was really good.

The room was very nice and cozy… However, there was no liquid soap in the shower, and the bathmat was soaking wet before we even got in.

I was impressed. I arrived very early in the morning, and the hotel worked to get me a room ( hours before check in). Every employee I interacted with was super friendly .

Very clean. I would have liked the bar to be open earlier and a larger breakfast option.

Friendly staff, clean, convenient from the highway. Only things missing were glassware and a hairdryer.

Good location as has a parking garage. Disappointed that bistro was not open for dinner.

Staff was *amazing* - so kind, helpful and smart. But unfortunately, the room was so tiny and smelled *very* bad. For over $300/night, I certainly expected a MUCH better room.
