Very Clean rooms. Wifi works Great. The Customer service was Excellent and very Helpful. And it is located in a very nice area. Great stay, would highly recommend it🤓

When we arrived, the room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. Even though we were given another similar room, it left us feeling grossed out. The front desk person was super nice though and handled it well. Then when we went to the second room the door was sitting open. The whole thing was weird. Later when I asked for some extra pillows the front desk lady said “you’ll have to come get them, I’m by myself tonight”. I felt bad for her, this hotel is obviously understaffed. And while it’s clearly been remodeled, some things are just missing, like a fan in the bathroom, or a light switch for lamps across the room. Again the staff was nice (and my kids loved the eggs at breakfast!), but with 3 or 4 hotels on that same block, I don’t think we’ll be back.

Easy check in, clean room, plenty of space in the room for my large family. Could have used another chair but we made do. Indoor pool was open but hot tub was not. Pool wasn't as warm as most indoor pools usually are. It was 85°. Free breakfast was delicious. We got there late one day and wasn't a huge selection but still tasted good. Several restaurants within a 2 block radius, easy to walk to. Will definitely stay here again.

Tried checking in at 1am and told my room was no longer available. They overbooked and gave my room away. Never doing any business with them

Location was great. Restaurants and stores were nearby. Close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Breakfast: individually wrapped items like waffles, egg/biscuit sandwiches, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal. There was plenty of food, juice, and hot beverages. Wish there had been more fruit options though. Pool: small but ok. Hot tub was not functioning and the pool area looked like they were in the process of remodeling things. Room: Had a suite with 2 queen beds and couch. Room was spacious for our family of five. Bathroom sink is separate from the shower/toilet so multiple people could be getting ready. Microwave and small fridge worked well. There was a separate counter area for food storage and a large desk. Air conditioning worked well and cooled off the room quickly. Check in was very quick and the clerk was very pleasant. We had to call for extra towels and extra blankets for the couch. But they were very quick to deliver them. Since covid it seems like hotels aren't leaving extra blankets in the closet anymore. We've gotten used to checking as soon as we get in the room and calling when needing them. Fitness center had multiple machines to use. Kids were able to walk to the General Store and get ice cream. Would stay here again!

We arrived on Friday night at 11:30 pm after a 7 hour drive from NJ. We were told that there was a problem with house keeping and our room was not available. The front desk could not provide an estimate as to when our room would be ready but told us to not go far. After about 20 minutes, the front desk informed us that the issues could not be resolved tonight and that they were cancelling our reservation for tonight. This left us scrambling to find a hotel room to cover, luckily, we were able to find a different hotel where we ended up staying for the entire weekend. I felt that they hotel did a poor job of letting us know before we arrived that there was an issue and was no help in trying to resolve the issue. I would have to think long and hard about staying there again (or any Springhill Suites) after this experience.

Definitely not worth what I paid. Pretty disappointed

Wonderfull staff . Friendly caring,kind polite,very efficient. Cudos to Schanrel, Donneta kitchen staff and room staff Wonderul hard working people Room comfrable Provide larger soap bars,paper towels for kitchen ,brighter bulb in lr floor lamp.
