Filthy place, homeless hanging around, people doing ***** on stairs, filthy room, stained sheets, no towels.

Very friendly people. Any problem I encountered was taken care of quickly

Checking and checking out were fine. The room needed an upgrade. Bed felt like a large futon bed. Only had 2 pillows on a king size bed. Shower definitely has a weird configuration.

There was no ashtray in the smoking room. The blanket had cigarette burns in it. The shower is so small you cannot properly clean yourself without having to step half way out of the stall. Paint was pealing off the wall. There was no soundproofing so you could the conversation of the room next door. Staff was very friendly at least. When asked for towels and an ashtray they did look, but ultimately said they were all out. How are you out of towels?!

It was a quick get a little rest stay. The desk agents were friendly, we had to change the battery in the smoke alert ourselves because of the placement over the bed required standing on it to reach it. The shower was dirty, but the rest of the room was clean.

My first room was really rocky. Was supposed to be a smoke free room, as soon as we opened the door we got hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. There were burn holes in the sheet. This room was on the first floor, had a good amount of flys that were in the room along with bugs that looked like Cockroaches. Staff told me that they weren't roaches but gave me a different room. The next room was more modern and on the second floor, even though it was the same room, should have had that room in the first place with them knowing it was a longer stay. There was no change of bedding or towels during our stay, were given no instructions if we needed fresh ones. There were a lot of questionable people walking around, definitely good for a one night stay for the price but nothing more. I had a gentleman the day after they changed our room banging on the door asking for possibly the previous person about 3 or so times and then called the room. We did have a dog with us for our first 2 nights, the area dedicated for dogs to use the bathroom was right by the dumpster and wasnt kept up. There is a lot of grass and other areas that could have been opened up for dogs to be able to there buisness, in a safe area.

Staff are wonderful. This is an older hotel and rooms and furniture are not the highest quality. However, the price is exactly right for what you get. The pool is wonderful--clean and well-kept.

i was looking just for time alone withpeace and i got it. TY

The pool steps were broke and someone could have been cut. However staff was friendly room was clean and I didn't have to pay for my dog to stay.
