威斯敏斯特貝斯特韋斯特飯店(Best Western Westminster Inn)

The front desk does not always answer, even though it’s supposed to be available 24/7. I informed them upon arrival that I am physically disabled, but was given a room on the second floor. There are no elevators here. I’ve been sick to my stomach, have a headache, and coughing since the morning after I arrived. I need to extend my stay, but since the front desk didn’t answer, I’m here leaving this review. The plumbing is messed up…it’s difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. I keep getting burned with hot water, or it’s too cold. There’s an adjoining door to my room, and I do not feel safe. I’m a female solo traveler.

Very good service. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. I got a shared room so it is not my first choice. I didn't realized it was like a motel but that is my bad. The room is cleaned but there is some stain on the washroom floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast food selections and I had a wonderful stay at the Inn. ☺️👍

The hotel was in a convenient location for us, otherwise it was way too expensive for what it is. The building is incredibly cheap, you can hear people talking two rooms over, someone taking a shower sounds like a waterfall started in your room. The mattresses are old and saggy, and while the sheets are crisp and clean, the blanket was rather ... old. We used sleeping bags. The rooms had been "renovated" to a degree, less old looking furniture, vinyl flooring (better than disgusting carpet), but it can't hide it's age at all unfortunately. Breakfast was about a 2 out of 5 for American standard included breakfasts, meaning it was rather terrible, the coffee was disgusting. Paper plates and plastic cutlery topped it off. Overall, a disappointment for a rather expensive Best Western hotel.

The room that was labeled as an "Executive Suite" doesn't fit the name. The A/C didn't cool under 77 degrees. The room and everything in it looked old and dark. I don't believe any executive would stay in this room. The good thing is that we were able to get a different non-executive room at a lower price with the A/C working correctly. Everything else made up for "executive" room and the staff was awesome.
