利物浦普瑞米爾大飯店（西德比）(Premier Inn Liverpool (West Derby))

We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. I visit family by train and this hotel is great for public transport as it is on a major bus route into Liverpool city centre and out to the suburbs. Staff are friendly and businesslike, at the same time, take pains to let you know they are available to help if necessary. The Premiere Inn 'experience' is always consistently good for clean and tidy rooms which are a decent size and therefore comfortable.

If you are looking for a convenient hotel that is close to Alder Hey Children's Hospital this Premier Inn is ideal. Literally only a few minutes' drive or a short walk to the hospital. We hadn't used this Premier Inn before so when we arrived, we were greeted by two female receptionists who were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were of a high standard, comfortable bed, large shower and clean. It was a very busy hotel but at night the rooms were very quiet.

Our stay was was lovely, beds very comfortable , nice and warm . The bathroom was great , the lighting was adequate . The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great The hotel location was great for the Olympia theatre ! The reason for not giving a full score was the long tail running around outside the fenced area nearby to the restaurant & car park

We stayed at the Premiere Inn West Derby on 8th Oct 23. The receptionist Danielle was very helpful and bubbly. Explained how the meal deal worked and about the beds in the room. And was even kind enough to store a birthday cake in their fridge and take it round to the Beefeater for after our dinner. The room it self was larger than expected which was a pleasant surprise, it was clean and well presented.

Hotel came up to expectations. Did not have a lift which was a nuisance with two heavy cases. Had to ask for second hand towel which was provided promptly. Visited adjacent restaurant for a great breakfast but one evening dinner was enough. The travelodge half a mile away had a much more popular restaurant which tells its own story.

Good one night stay when going to the football. Not somewhere to spend any more time. Eating st the Beefeater not to be repeated. Very noisy and loud background music pumping out. Had the meal deal which was a waste of money as options for veggies so limited. Good value for families though.

Not being able to get my leg high, I found the shower over the bath impractical as I couldn’t get in or out of the bath. Accessibility rooms need to have just showers or at best a wet room with stools
