赫爾希歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey)

Our stay was fine-clean and comfortable as expected. The only disappoin**ent was that the pool was under construction. I wish that properties who advertise a pool would keep their site updated. We chose this hotel because of the pool.

We chose this hotel due to the indoor pool. They pool was out of order and had been for some time. There was no notification prior to our arrival nor was there compensation upon arrival. When I spoke to the front desk they were not helpful. I also called and used the chat feature on the corporate page. They were also not helpful and just kept passing it off to other people and told me the manager would call me or come to my room “tomorrow”. Neither happened! The food was ok for breakfast. Not really any gluten free options which is normal for a place to not have. The location to Hershey was good though.

This is a very nice property overall and we would consider staying here again except for a couple of inconveniences not shared by other hotels in the area. The parking is horrible. Whoever designed this hotel decided it was more important to have a flashy facade directly on the roadway than it was to offer guests convenient parking. As a result, the parking is almost entirely in the back of the building and there are no accessible rear entrances. We always bring a Roku stick on trips, figuring that most hotels (even recently renovated ones) have rarely installed smart TVs. Our room had a very nice Samsung TV with multiple HDMI ports and USB power available. Unfortunately, the remote we were provided was one of the easily sanitized hotel variety with very limited controls, leaving us no way to change the TV input (no buttons on the set, either), so we were stuck with a rather limited DirecTV selection of channels (their package doesn't even offer the Golf Channel, which is one of our go-tos for having on in the background). The bathroom was separated into a sink area and a toilet/tub room. Plenty of space at the sink as well as in the toilet/tub room, but the tub/shower was very narrow. Lots of wasted square footage there that could easily accommodate a much more comfortable shower with minimal changes. On the positive side, the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good. Would consider staying here again if necessary.

Really enjoyed our stay. The king suite was very clean and well equiped. The breakfast had nuemous choices and were very tasty. The staff was very helpful and polite. We wiil be back.

Front desk staff were excellent. I also called in advance with questions and the front desk staff were always helpful. Room amd bedding were clean. Two desks and lots of storage for belongings. Fridge was working. TV worked. Microwave worked. Several outlets to plug in chargers. Breakfast had hot options, waffle maker, and even vanilla soy milk. I would stay here again if we visit the area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and variety over the few days we stayed. Some of our furniture in the room needed tightening. Loose table legs and faucets.

The room is perfect for larger families. Very close to Hershey. They just need to have GF options for Breakfast (have plain eggs) for guests with Celiac.

Great stay! Great staff! Ton’s of friendliness. Only thing is the pool wasn’t very warm. I would have loved it warmer.

Very clean, family friendly hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The pool was very nice and the staff was so friendly! Would recommend!
