The staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was abundant, with plenty of choices and overseen by Barbara who was gracious and helpful. Scrambled eggs (excellent), an assortment of cold cuts and cheese, fruit, yoghurt, toast, pastries, honey, jams and of course, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Water, fruit juices, fruit and snacks are available all day to welcome you upon arrival and when returning from sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable and have insulated windows to keep the street noise to a minimum. The air conditioning worked well and did not blow directly on the bed to disturb our sleep. WiFi worked most of the time with only a few brief outages. The location is very central and convenient for sightseeing. I would stay here again. Car service to the airport was convenient and prompt for only 10€ more than a taxi.

門內側或浴室門沒有鎖。有一個 USB 插座，但未連接任何東西。當我打開馬桶座圈時，馬桶座圈掉了下來。浴室的門打不開，直接撞到了淋浴間。我們要求他們不要打掃我們的房間，他們就照做了。在這樣做的時候，他們不知何故拔掉了我手機的充電器，然後它被扔到了床頭櫃後面。冰箱壞了，從外觀來看已經很久沒使用了。當我們告訴他們時，他們說「哦，真的」床上有一個非常舊的污跡斑斑的床墊，我希望我沒有看到。它有很多污漬，而且沒有床墊套。只是一張床笠。地板也缺少一些零件，只是看起來很正常。空調運轉正常。從來沒有感覺很酷。只是不像外面那麼熱。我不會推薦任何人留在這裡。我們讓朋友在一家酒店住了一晚，價格非常相似，感覺非常好。

Before covid we booked this hotel for the start of a vacation on *******. It was a “book now, pay when you go” deal as we were still trying to decided which hotel we would stay at. Booked November 2019 to stay July 2020 but in March 2020 they charged my credit card for the full amount. I still haven’t seen a refund. Thanks.

Es verdient nicht mal den Namen HOTEL! Ich habe es gebucht, bin aufs Zimmer gegangen und wieder raus. Die Toilette stinkt, das Zimmer ist für ein Notfallschlaf (preis-entsprechend muss man fairerweise sagen).

地理位置優越！非常友好的工作人員。空調效果很好。房間很乾淨。早餐很好。浴室需要固定淋浴排水管以防止堵塞，而且淋浴間很小！ （4 人家庭房間）浴室天花板上的黴菌斑點應清潔。床墊特別硬，一點也不舒服。

酒店位置優越。房間有點小，但是床很舒服，淋浴很好。空調和無線網路運作良好。我們的房間有一個通往內部庭院的陽台，雖然不是很漂亮，但至少可以讓空氣進來，而且沒有街道噪音。早餐很棒，選擇很多，炒蛋非常好。接待人員非常友好。總而言之，在一家有特色的酒店度過了非常愉快的時光。

根據我在********上看到的評級，當我們到達房間時，我感到很驚訝。辦理入住手續非常棒，非常好，但是當他們在房間遇見我們時，他們過來噴灑地板和不同的區域，我所能做的就是看看我的丈夫。廁所周圍的浴室地板上有（身體）頭髮，淋浴間發霉了，房間裡有一股揮之不去的氣味，不太好，床超級硬，不確定床單是否有螺紋數，所以我們睡在上面在衣櫃裡找到的棉被。吹風機效果很好，工作人員很棒，房間需要細心呵護，我知道這是三星級飯店，但頭髮和黴菌很噁心

Hotel in a good tourist situation, but room needed a very good deep clean , shower was awful plug didn’t fit the sink tv had wires showing from the plug , no tea and coffee facilities in the room and was restricted to getting one from the breakfast area by some staff . Reception area was nice but once you got behind that it wasn’t very pleasant.

Pretty much a disappointing place but in a perfect location. Five minute walk to the coliseum, ten minutes to the hop on hop off bus stop, close to a lot of really nice restaurants and shops. Was perfect base to explore the city for a few days. Negatives. The room was very dated, I don’t usually mind that but carpeted walls with water stains, old beds with no mattress or pillow protectors to cover the stained mattresses. Advertises usb plugs in the rooms which neither worked, had to unplug the tv and fridge to charge our phones. Advertised wifi which didn’t work once in the four nights we were there so ended up having to use data all the time (which we had to pay for now we aren’t in the EU) Advertised air conditioning which didn’t work so three adults sleeping in a very small room it became incredibly warm and stuffy on a night, couldn’t open the window as we were directly over the reception entrance on the main road so very noisy. Contacted reception about the things not working, they went in and had a look but said there was nothing they could do about any of it. First day we came back in the evening to the room having not been cleaned. The next day we popped back in mid afternoon and not cleaned again so had to contact reception again to get it done. We booked bed and breakfast but were told when we went down in the morning it was €6 per person so ended up having to contact jet2 to get it sorted so we didn’t have to pay twice. Barbara who serves coffee at breakfast was lovely, friendly and welcoming always busy. Breakfast was ok, the breakfast room is very small and cramped and with no windows it feels claustrophobic. Selection was ok, different types of croissants, cereal, cheese, ham, eggs, toast, pancakes and juices. Barbara makes coffee of tea to order. The room had only had a surface clean. The floors and bathroom fixtures where all clean but finger prints on the sides, mouldy tiles in the bathroom, tops of headboards, pictures, lamps very dusty. If it was cheap I wouldn’t have an issue with most of this but it wasn’t significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area so I expect it to be cleaner and the advertised features to actually work
