Upon checking in to the hotel there was no visible parking area except valet space in front of the building. (Spaces were occupied at the time of checking in) I ask the front desk lady which appeared to be the manager, could I park on the opposite side of the street without receiving a ticket?
Her response, “the hotel isn’t responsible if something bad happens to your car”. I asked are you implying something bad is going to happen to my car?
I asked again “Can I park in front of the hotel without receiving a parking ticket?” She then responded with the same answer.
So now at this point I’m nervous to stay at the hotel and in the area. The lady was of no assistance I had to ask someone standing in front of the hotel for additional assistance.
Not to mention there was supposed to be complementary water on every floor, I checked multiple times nothing was out my entire stay. Then while checking out I got the same lady again, she proceeded to mention all these previous crimes that took place outside of the hotel. I was over it, and ready to go!
“I honestly think this is her way of making people use their valet service which is $50, not included in the reservation fee.”
Overall the hotel was clean but the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Individuals with bad customer service are bad for business, she needs to go or receive additional customer service TRAINING!!!!
