It was an excellent experience, from the beginning till the end. Very beautiful room, amazing bed and the smell in the lobby that much perfect that I would wear it as a parfume. We haven’t tried breakfast but our friends are saying that’s it’s amazing. Will come back again and try next time.

我們住了4晚。這家酒店水準很高，步行即可到達購物中心和舊城區。 房間寬敞乾淨。大床和房間裡的空調是一個加號。我們認為早餐非常好，有很多不同的食物可供選擇，遠遠超過平均水平。 地下室設有一間健身房和水療中心，並非酒店所有。我們預定了按摩，價格非常便宜（約50個/小時）。有健身房，按摩浴池，小型游泳池和桑拿區。他們有一個IR-桑拿浴室，我發現它太冷了，只有50 C度。普通的桑拿房是“乾式”桑拿房，因為您不允許將水倒在烤箱上！熱量只有80攝氏度，而桑拿房只能容納5人，而且天花板非常低，所以溫度太低，您不能坐在頂凳上。 總而言之，我們推薦這家酒店，我們將在下次華沙之行再次預訂。

Excellent service, 24/7 bar where you can have some snacks and I guess the only place in the city with a 24h swimming pool. Room itself spacious. It has ultra comfortable bed and pillows. in the bathroom there is a shower and a comfortable tub. high quality cosmetics. The high standard of the services provided is maintained all the time.

這是一家不錯的酒店,住宿條件很好,位置很好,在5/10步行幾分鐘就能到達三個火車站,更靠近有軌電車和地下BUT.......它確實存在員工錯誤的問題,然後引用波蘭法律給他們14天時間來解決問題/投訴,這並不能很好地反映客戶關注的焦點,或者獎勵對IHG品牌或這家酒店的忠誠度,我在這裏住了幾次之前。由於接待處排隊,我剛剛離開卡並進行了快速結帳,但在離開酒店10分鐘後,我支付了正確的房費。一個小時後,他們又支付了一筆正確的款項,但沒有取消原來的付款顯然有人犯了錯誤,並向我收取了別人的房間,然後認爲再把它翻過來會修復的。寫到酒店,以不接受他們犯錯的語氣回傳了一個骯髒的電子郵件。這封郵件也沒有道歉,但它確實引用了波蘭法律,我們有14天時間修復這個問題,這很糟糕。也沒有人意識到,錯誤地支付多次付款會給一些人帶來財政困難,因爲他們無法獲得錯誤的資金,我現在不得不讓我的銀行完成收費,因爲我沒有等14天的時間扭轉錯誤支付的款項這不是我在這家酒店遇到的第一個與員工有關的問題,所以我不會回來,因爲附近有很多其他洲際酒店可以正常運作,也可以向鑽石精英洲際酒店會員發送骯髒的電子郵件-上次他們把我放在一個房間上面的工地施工,這對他們來說是很好的!如果你要冒險住在這裏,我建議你提前付款,不要使用快速結帳

這家酒店的位置很糟糕,旁邊有很多車道和電車。感覺就像在賽道上,汽車像瘋了一樣地開起來,還有那麼多警車等的警報器。所有房間都在路邊,所以不能有任何安靜的房間。第一晚我問他們是否有更少的吵鬧的房間,但他們告訴我,我已經在最不吵鬧的房間(9樓)。我要求取消第二晚,但他們拒絕。第二天剛走,但酒店後來確實聯繫了我,並退還了第二晚的房費。所以這對他們來說是體面的。地理位置的好消息是它離火車站和電車線路很近。早餐也還可以,他們給我的房間很大。空調效果不錯。淋浴堵塞,所以水流不暢。

The rooms are tiny, even smaller than some Ibis Budget rooms. And you are guaranteed to hear noise from the corridors and nearby rooms. The A/C did not work in any of the rooms. The staff were not particularly friendly. In fact, when I phoned to report the A/C issue, the girl from reception came up with a heavyset security guard. It made me feed as if I was some kind of criminal. They obviously don't trust guests. In any case, the A/C was not fixed. Overall, this should be a notch lower than Ibis Budget. Definitely a waste of time.

Bit of a disappointment, to tell the truth. Hotel seems relatively new, and room has some indicators of an attempted make over (e.g. closets looked just installed). However the rest feels dated and not well maintained. Photos on their web site / booking platforms much better than reality. Close to Fabryka Norblina - the only reason for booking - but surely never again. On top of that - the filthiest bathroom I've seen for ages (see photo) :((, with a tribute to ”ifixit”mems... Silver lining - there was a great extremely enthusiastic and friendly guy at desk during checkout, helped with everything (including a bit of quest to locate and get to underground parking). Again only to be replaced by an indifferent lady the next morning...

I booked and read the reviews on google, it’s clear to see that Monica has worked hard to fix up the place, the pros: good location Big kitchen with things to cook with Laundry machine Friendly door guy. Close to metro, The cons Hard to contact Monica, but not impossible The apartment is shared, you will have other people living next to you ( I had two families sharing two rooms.) The door to the front needs to be pushed so hard I felt like I might break it. Shared bathroom. Also the shower handle is opposite to hot and cold Overall it’s cheap and clean, I was happy especially after seeing how clean it was. The key you get for the room also has a key to open the lobby. Just a fyi.
