梅森辛辛那提希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati/Mason)

Hotel is just meh. I’m ok with the rate being high given it was a last minute reservation. But we were not aware that this “pet friendly” hotel charged a $50 pet fee until we arrived. Too late to look for anything else, we had to suck it up. Room a/c either made it too hot or too cold. Pillows ******. Sheets were scratchy. The breakfast is $13 per person. Complimentary Coffee was terrible.

We had a family weekend family trip. Our stay was fantastic. The service and people were all very kind and amazing. Thank you

This is by far the most disappointing Hilton experience I have ever had. From the lobby full of wedding party running up and down the halls and screaming until 2 AM, to the open soap in the bathroom when we arrived, to the hair everywhere all over the bathroom floor as well as an empty roll of toilet paper on the toilet paper holder, to the room smelling heavily like urine. The beds weren’t too bad, it just would’ve been nice if we would’ve been able to sleep on them through the night and enjoy the comfort. I will say though, I reached out to the hotel manager immediately and she was more than willing to make it right with no questions asked. Apparently we weren’t the only ones to complain as she said it was a very rough night for their hotel as well as other guests. Overall I would not recommend this hotel just because clearly the housekeeping staff doesn’t care about the cleanliness of the hotel.

Upon arrival there was one guy at the front desk who greeted us when we came in, It smelled clean etc so we thought okay we can stay here it’s booked let’s check it out until we got our keys to the room……. First set of keys didn’t work at all remind you we just travel 9.5 hours to Ohio not a good first impression we went down stating the keys didn’t work no problem he said I’ll fix it for you I’m sorry I didn’t save the room you were staying in in the system that’s why they weren't working I said oh okay no problem thank you we get back up to the room keys still aren’t working it literally took about 5-6 tries and then the door finally opened the decor and room just looked old and outdated obviously the pics are taken in good lighting, me and my wife were going to stick it out until there was a loud noise coming from the refrigerator in the room that wouldn’t go anyway on top of that we lost service randomly amongst those issues, long story short we left and booked the Marriott down the road which we should have done in the first place we didn’t even stay a full 24hrs at this hotel just wasn’t up to our standards needing less to say we wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and decorated tastefully. The lobby area has a cozy seating area with a fireplace that we enjoyed. The staff were friendly.

It was a beautiful hotel and priced right. The bed was very comfortable.

Got a good rate so booked last minute while traveling. Location is good. Lobby is clean and tidy. Front desk is less than welcoming. ((Tone and eye contact, and attitude)). Beds are nice. HUGE stain on ceiling in our room, like previous water leak, which explains the 2 smells...bleach and mold. Needs updated thermostat. Old fashioned always too cold or too hot. Get with it Hilton!

Rooms and facilities are exceptionally clean and odor free. Rooms and facilities kept updated. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I have returned for multiple stays and will continue when visiting.
