凱藝套房飯店(Quality Suites)

Toilet was lifting up from floor, I booked a King size room got double beds roaches crawling everywhere bathroom had hazardous objects. Very disappointed

大約 330 點左右去登記入住，收到了附有房間號碼的鑰匙，那天晚上很晚才回來，我已經筋疲力盡了，一直走到大廳的盡頭，鑰匙沒用……回到大廳的路上，收到了一把新鑰匙，走回房間 - 什麼都沒有 - 回到大廳，在那裡工作的人跟着我回去試了他的萬能鑰匙什麼都沒有！！最後，結果下午班的那位女士給了我一把已經有人住的房間的房間鑰匙，我不得不重新分配到另一個房間......😒

Comfort Suites wurde renoviert und alles war staubig, überall Gerüste und die Zimmer waren sehr abgenutzt. Unter diesen Umständen konnten wir stornieren. Leider war auf der Webseite (sowohl ******* als auch von Comfort Suites) etwas von den Arbeiten zu lesen!!!!!!!!!!

Estuve llamando a expedía ya que este hotel está en la página pero no está disponible para el público y tiene una promoción de no reembolsable ya que este hotel está en renovación

Hotel had bugs and wasn't clean. We asked for our room to be cleaned Orly to return to the room not cleaned. No clean towels kr anything. No phone in the room

When my wife & I was going to our room we seen 3 grown roaches crawling on the way. The tv remote didnt work & we wasnt sleeping with the tv on. So we unplugged the tv from the way. Then the next day the hotel clerk didnt asked how was our stay? Overall the hotel is horrible & we will never booked at that hotel again

I was t actually able to stay here. The hotel is under construction and is infested with bugs. I reached out to ********** multiple times for a refund and no one was ever able/willing to help. I will not be recommending ********** or that hotel ever.

property is currently under renovation, not even a sign on building with name of the hotel . front desk staff suggested that room be checked before signing in . front desk was able to find accomodations elsewhere

Saw three roaches within 5 minutes of stepping in the room. Disgusting and filthy property.
