Always a great stay and always accommodate the early flight arrivals . Wouldn’t choose any other hotel in the area

I was given a disability room on the street side lower level even though the hotel was not busy. The street noise was very loud and made it hard to sleep. I should have asked to move, but it was just one night and I was very busy in town visiting my daughter who is a student. I won’t stay here again.

The customer service was unfortunate at the Aloft. Immediately at check in I was not greeted and then berated regarding my service animal (even with all paper work). The next day I woke up and noticed an extreme break out on my skin. I went down stairs to request fresh sheets due to the outbreak and the front desk lady replied “they wash them in the same detergent anyways”. I truly wish I had titeen her name as both issues were with the same individual. After having to request two more times I was finally told sheets would be brought to my room. The room service team was extremely kind through the stay. So if you do choose to stay here avoid the front desk and maybe you’ll have an optimal experience.

Horrendous staff. Very dirty room and the picture on your website isn’t the correct room you get.

The staff was not helpful, they were rude. When asked questions they were short and not friendly at all. We got stuck in the elevator because no one bothered to tell us we needed to use key to get to room. Because we booked this with hotel.com I guess we were not able to have free drinks like every other guest, which was told to us rudely. Also, the “rooftop” pool is one story up and cars are parked on the same level. It is a tiny 3ft 9in pool. The pictures are very deceiving. The rooms are tiny, they felt like a closet. You walked in and there was only a little room on each side of the bed. Also, the fridge is RIGHT next to the bathroom - not ok. We had two guests and only 1 bottle of water. It was not a good experience. We booked a different hotel for night 2, paid significantly less and we were MUCH happier. Would not recommend ALOFT hotel in Raleigh to anyone and will probably not go to another Aloft either. Save your money! Oh and I just got a bill for parking at this hotel - bad enough we paid so much to stay 1 night, they charged us for parking there too.

Love this place-been here easily a dozen times. The outside construction noise is annoying and hoping it will be done before next visit

I was expecting more about this hotel because I heard it was nice. Room was ok. Had a mini fridge, but no microwave. Bathroom grout needs to be cleaned better. Empty alcohol bottles were left under table by elevators. Front desk staff (at checkin) were not very friendly and did not inform me that you had to use your room key to access the elevator. Maintenance staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.
