韋科貝勒雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Waco Baylor)

The hotel was great, it seemed to be very new and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a small refrigerator, but no microwave. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The only issue was the neighborhood the hotel is in, while it is very close to the Silos, other downtown attractions, and the highway, it is directly across the from some questionable housing with people walking through the parking lot and down the street quite a bit. I thought there would be security, but there were signs up saying the hotel was not responsible for lost or stolen items from your vehicle. We didn't have any issue's but it was a little concerning. Overall though we did have a very nice stay.

We had a lovely time at the Aloft. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Waco. This hotel is close to Baylor and just a few blocks from the Silos. Also, great restaurants available.

Everything was great cleanliness but they held onto $150 for incidentals. We got there at 7 PM checked out the next morning at 10 o’clock. It took four days for me to get the money credited back to my bank. I didn’t care for that.

Front desk staff not welcoming. Walls thin. Heard music all night. Charges on my card that i didn't understand.

Very nice room and everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. Love that the shades went all the way down and no light came in.

Beds were uncomfortable. Be sure to ask for towels and room cleaning as its not happening unless you ask for it.

Rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. A bit of outdoor noise that woke us in the middle of night, but eventually settled down.

The Christmas decorations are lovely, room is clean, and the staff is friendly.
