Das Zimmer 231 ist klein. Aber ich reiste allein, deshalb war es ok. Und das ist auch schon die einzige Kritik. Denn abgesehen davon ist es ein sehr komfortables Hotel in einem alten renovierten Gebäude. Die meisten Zimmer gehen in den großen Innenhof und sind daher nächstens ruhig. Das Bett hat eine perfekte Matratze. Selten habe ich so gut, tief und lang in einem Hotel geschlafen.

Мой самый любимый отель! Я много где бываю, но в пацан приезжаю, как к себе домой ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ очень отзывчивый, добрый и открытый персонал, безумно вкусные завтраки, интерьер похож , как у меня дома, потому я этот отель абажац 😍😘 а еще возле него много бутиков, не нужно ехать на шоппинг

Very very cool hotel in Vilnius a short walk from the main square. We stayed NYE here and really loved the hotel. It is in an old building, parts of which are preserved, but everything looks and feels super new. The bar/restaurant was good for a quick bite, and everyone was ridiculously helpful on the staff. The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the swanky decor, and historic touches really made this a great hotel to stay in!

Biggest complaint is no answers to my emails as it was our 10th year wedding anniversary tonight. My husband is also Bonvoy program. With no special cards or chocolates NONETHING. Highly disappointed & I would not recommend this hotel for special occasions.

Here for 3 nights. Located on the 5th floor (within roofline) with lovely views across the City rooftops. The room was quite small but modern and finished to a very high standard. The rest of the hotel shared that high level of modern, stylish and high end finish throughout. And almost all staff were professional. Conference facilities are located across the courtyard. We ate at the restaurant for one lunch and dinner and both times the food quality was very high. Breakfast also offered enough choice. In an excellent area if visiting this beautiful City.

Hieno hotelli mutta oli kyllä hieman ylihinnoiteltu. Auton parkki maksoi yhdestä yöstä 85€. Henkilökunta todella ystävällisiä, erittäin siisti. Hotellin oman ravintolan hinnat olivat todella kovat. Ruoka oli kyllä todella hyvää, mutta ylihinnoiteltu.

Hotel lussuoso con fascino , palazzo storico centralissimo in zona pedonale , personale multilingue super, tanti sorrisi tanta qualità e tanti servizi. Camere super accessoriate,con letto comodo e cuscini comodissimi . Assolutamente top

This is solely a short advice for fellow bonvoy titanium life long elite members . We contacted Marriott bonvoy prior to this hotel booking and we were assured that this hotel Pacai a design hotel offers the same loyalty benefits as any other Marriott property (except Marriott vacation properties ) When we arrived the lady at the reception told us that the hotel does not offer the Marriott benefits . An upgrade to any suite or junior suite would only be possible for a fee of 400euros /night , breakfast would cost 20 euros . We planed and expected a different experience , called Marriott canceled our reservation and left the hotel . Beside the young check in lady who did leave a sour and disappointing impression with us I have to say that the rest of the staff was very friendly , helpful , and great . We received a glas of bubbles , we were shown several other rooms to choose from (unfortunately all were very small ), and at no time did we feel unwelcome . It just did not work out with us not being recognized and experiencing benefits which Marriott offers and promises to their most loyal guests . Thanks Alex

Excellent hotel well situated in Old Town. Very big and comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom with nice toiletries. Superb breakfast too with extensive buffet and extra eggs Benedict which were delicious. Highly recommended to stay here
