kleines, im Sommer viel zu heisses Zimmer, sehr abgewohnt, notdürftig modernisiert, unschöne Empfangshalle, die Bilder im Internet sehen jedenfalls besser aus als das Original. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die zentrale Lage mit netter Gastronomie in der Nähe. Aber künftig gehen wir sicher wieder in ein anders Hotel.

They closed the reception and let me out after 9pm. I havent received any message with infos on how to get in.. although they say they sent me. I managed to get in only beacause another customer was randomly there and helped me open the key case. Stubborn and unflexible manager didnt even want to offer me their miserable breakfast (EUR 12 which probably cost them EUR 1) for the inconvenience. You don't want to offer something that cost you EUR 1 to compensate a customer locked out from the hotel at night because of your fault? A customer paying you 157 for 2 night? Are you serious? L’hotel in sé non è deprecabile, nel senso che ha delle camere abbastanza gradevoli e pulite, seppur manchino sia aria condizionata che frigo La posizione anche è comoda, poco distante dalla metro e in una strada con locali e ristoranti. I problemi grossi, invece, sono due: la colazione e i modi. Nel mio caso, uno è stato gravissimo. Alla prenotazione avevo chiamato e chiesto se la loro colazione includesse anche prodotti gluten free essendo io celiaca. Mi è stato risposto di sì, confermato anche all’arrivo quando ho fatto check-in. Invece a colazione, il giorno successivo, erano totalmente impreparati. Non solo… dopo mezz’ora hanno trovato delle confezioni di pane congelato gluten free (e niente altro) e me lo stavano scongelando. E quindi? Direte voi… Lo stavano scaldando Sulla griglia dove c’erano cornetti o pane con glutine. Per fortuna me ne sono accorta! Ma possibile che al giorno d’oggi bisogna ancora ripetere che la celiachia è una malattia (seria) e non un vezzo?? Ovviamente, misera anche il resto della colazione, eh… quattro cosine contate. Il giorno dopo, direte voi, si saranno organizzati? Niente da fare, stessa storia… ma con più sgarbo. Un ragazzo addetto alla colazione ha avuto uno scatto d’ira di fronte alle mie richieste, sbattendo l’Anta del congelatore e andandone in cucina, imprecando chissà cosa. Pessima esperienza. Per carità. Mai più

We had a fantastic stay in Mocca, we had the family room, it was super comfortable for the 4 of us. Simple decor, clean, warm. Breakfast simple but nice, I loved their staff at the reception and at Breakfast. If you plan to come after 21h, you have to inform the hotel as there is noone there from the staff, and hotel is closed so they leave you the key in a box (all instructions given how to open box with a code) Hotel is located just steps away from the main shopping street with few metro stations and train. Fantastic connections to rest of Vienna

Buona posizione, a metà strada tra due linee della metro, buona la colazione, staff disponibile anche nel tenere i bagagli fuori dall'orario check-in. Bagno piccolo e pulito, un po' troppe ragnatele nella stanza e il WiFi non prendeva bene nella nostra camera. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva

Stayed at Hotel Moccasin one night, easy to get there from the main train station (bus 13). The hotel is well located, circa 20 -30 minutes walk to the center but close to Naschmarkt & the shopping street. Spacious, clean rooms, with the already mentioned thin pillows & beat-up wood floors..giving it a bit of a hostel vibe. But overall a good value & would book again
