阿克泰爾飯店-維也納多瑙河中央區(Arcotel Donauzentrum Wien)

這是一個不錯的酒店。房間裡沒有冰箱有點不方便，但是位置很好，員工很友善，直接連著商場，出門就可以坐機場大巴。

Upon check-in on 29.03.24, we were assigned a room that significantly differed from the description and images provided on the booking listing. The key discrepancies include: The room featured a bed only 140cm wide, contrary to the expectation set by the listing images. The bed was made with a single set of bed linen, and only one pair of towels was provided, inadequate for a booking made for two guests. Believing this to be a mistake, we approached the hotel reception the following morning for clarification and requested an additional set of towels and bed linen. Despite being assured of this adjus**ent, our room remained unchanged upon our return, with the initial single set of linens and no additional towels provided. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we were offered a "free upgrade" to another room, which matched the description and images of our original booking. This situation leads us to believe we were initially provided incorrect accommodations. This experience not only caused us significant inconvenience but also raises concerns about the accuracy of room descriptions and the quality of service provided by the hotel. We believe this situation warrants compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience experienced, as well as an explanation for the initial discrepancy in room allocation. Also, hotel didn't answered for this request in direct messages to them and didn't accept my refund request that I sent to them with help of *********** support :)

Stayed here on a vacation with Family. Good Hotel at a very good location. Very near to Metro station attached to a mall. Breakfast spread was fine. Rooms are clean and big. Staff was courteous. Overall experience was very good. Pl note: they do not provide hot water and kettles but Tap water is potable and can substitute the requirement. No need to buy water. The hotel is away from city centre. 20-25 min away from Vienna Main station. We are from India and while searching for Indian food nearby we found a very Good Indian restaurant walkable from the hotel. Other wise lot of food options nearby for other cuisines.

Hotel moderno e con camere spaziose e accoglienti, si trova a ridosso di un enorme centro commerciale ma, soprattutto, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana Kagran sulla linea U1. Con questa è possibilità raggiungere il centro di Vienna in circa 15 minuti, cambiando linea si può poi arrivare ovunque in città. Ottima offerta per la colazione, personale cortese e attento.

Stayed here for a business meeting and the hotel provided a very good level service. The meeting room was welk equipped, always freshly stocked with refreshments and the buffet business lunch was absolutely wonderful, great selection and excellent quality. The rooms are basic but have large, comfortable beds. The see-through shower doors are a bit unusual so sharing rooms becomes a bit tricky. The Kagran metro stop is only a few minutes’ walk away so this hotel is also a good base for tourists who want to explore Vienna, in less than fifteen minutes the metro takes you to the Stephansplatz.

the hotel location was excellent and inside westfield . there is no fridge in the room . some rooms are too small . the breakfast was very brief and should be better . the scrambled egg was like stone . loby was noisy beacuse of hand football in lobby . ther is no boiler in the room .

Sono una guida turistica ed ho soggiornato con un gruppo in questo hotel. La struttura è moderna, colorata, le camere ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. La hall è accogliente, con divanetti e possibilità di acquisto di snack e bevande. C'è anche un angolo dove c'è un distributore che eroga acqua fredda frizzante e liscia e anche calda per prepararsi un buon te. Il tutto gratuito. Se si desidera un caffè allora sono € 2 con macchinetta tipo nespresso. L'unica pecca alla mini-reception si alterna un personale giovanissimo e gentilissimo ma veramente un po' imbranato. La colazione è veramente fantastica, si fa prima a dire quello che non c'è, con cura al bio, vegano ed intolleranze. Non c'è il ristorante ma se siete in gruppo allora si può cenare con un catering fornito dal ristorante del vicino altro Arcotel con ristorante ed abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. Ringrazio particolarmente il simpaticissimo Greg, che ci ha curati con professionalità e grande disponibilità La posizione poi è fantastica, con la porta attigua all'ingresso che entra in un gigantesco centro commerciale con supermercato Despar, negozi vari e numerosi locali per mangiare qualcosa. Direttamente dal centro commerciale in 5 minuti si arriva alla fermata U1 Kakran che in 15 minuti ti porta a Stephanplatz in pieno centro e che con cambi ti permette di raggiungere tutti i posti di più grande di interesse. Se andrete a Vienna sapete ora dove andare.

Hotel carino, silenzioso e pulito. Se siete in cerca di un bel panorama non è il posto ideale, la mia camera si affacciava sul tetto di un palazzo. L’hotel si trova a due passi da una fermata del bus per l’aeroporto e dalla fermata della metropolitana per il centro, quindi i collegamenti non sono un problema. Personale leggermente freddo, tutto sommato non è stata una esperienza spiacevole ma la colazione era di scarsa qualità, una volta ho trovato la frutta acida (anche se alcune cose erano buone). Una nota veramente positiva è la presenza di una fontanella nella hall per avere acqua gratis. Una nota dolente è la presenza della moquette sul pavimento, certamente non troppo igienica.
