We arrived here on Sunday with apartment full of flying bugs, they told us we had to wait until Monday for them to response. When we asked if they could come sooner we were ignored. The next day they finally responded with a solution in which we had to leave apartment with no other options, finally she offered another apartment on a 30 minute walk away from where we were. We were not happy with that solution, since we would have to move from first district to the seventh for the same price. Also on top of that the shower didn’t work and when we told them, we didn’t get an answer again. When we called them, they told us it was obviously apparently that the guy that came for the bugs would also fix the shower. However when the guy arrived he told us he couldn’t fix it and he had to order the right tools. In the end we got a refund and moved out to another apartment, but we lost a full day of our holiday trying to fix the situation. We regret the really bad communication we received and that we had to fix the situation ourself with no help from them. We are now finally enjoying our stay in Vienna in another apartment (not from them) in the first district, its save to say we would not use their service at all in the future.
