Lazy employees Sat morning. They were standing behind counter didn't say goodmorning. I asked about breakfast sausage they said they had none. Well Sunday very nice girl was greeting everybody and had breakfast . The other two hens were too lazy to make it Saturday morning and they didn't even wipe off the tables dirty and empty sugar wrappers. We thought about coming back in July but not going to happen we going to stay at Comfort Inn..

1st room I was assigned too reeked of cigarettes and had not been cleaned. Bed was not made, etc. The 2nd room was fine, but not what I reserved. This hotel has gone down hill. I’ve stayed here multiple times it seems building maintenance isn’t being done regularly. The location and price are nice, but after this stay I’ll be willing to pay a little more to have a cleaner and more comfortable stay.

Got to my room and no A/C or fan was on, so room was warm. Took a shower and the water pressure was weak. Turned on the A/C, which made a rumbling noise all night long. Was getting ready for bed, made sure the room door was locked, the blocking lock that keeps the door front opening all the way was loose, as if someone had tried to bust the door down. I ignored that, but then noticed a 1-1.5 inch gap between the room door and the wall. I used the ironing board to block the open area, so that if there were any, no bugs could come in.

Bed was very uncomfortable. No elevator to help lug our stuff.

1st they gave me the wrong room and someone was in it when I opened the door. 2nd time the room had a smell of fresh smoke in it. 3rd time I got the correct room and it was clean but the attendant was still very rude at the front desk.

Took a little while to get someone to check us in. The room want hot. The bed sheets weren’t washed. Trash still left in drawers and side of microwave. Worst of all there was an needle (clean) in one of the drawers. Glad my husband saw it before the kids did. We are repeat visitors, looks like the conditions are getting worse and worse.

I’ve stayed here before about two years ago and it was nice. Now it is so run down I would not recommend. The bed had a slope in the middle, the room was smelly with no AC. The hallways were filthy and smelly too. The breakfast was good at least. We moved to Days Inn and much nicer.

The property was very pretty but the inside was extremely hot and uncomfortable
