This charming and extremely well priced hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the main street in Viana do Castelo. The staff was lovely, the hotel charming. The room was spotless, and impeccably comfortable. The bathroom was also sparkling and everything functioned perfectly. Breakfast was lovely. The breakfast staff was cheerful and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was a nice little boutique hotel right near the historic center. We were always greeted with a smile and treated kindly. I shared a room with my son and the twin beds were more than adequate. Bathroom is on the small side but it was fine for our needs. The hotel is a little older but the elevator worked great and the entire property was well kept and clean. My only caveat was there there was no outdoor seating area, you have to wear a swim cap and water shoes for the pool and the pool was indoors in a very hot room. The continental style breakfast buffet was good and provided lots of variety. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Foi uma ótima estadia. Os funcionários do hotel foram sempre atenciosos. A limpeza salta à vista por ser excelente. Os quartos espaçosos com tudo o que é preciso para ter uma estadia. O pequeno almoço é excecional, não falta nada e tem tudo. Fica próximo do centro e também das praias. Vou voltar certamente.

Very clean rooms, helpful staff and good food, the hotel os just outside the main town but is a pleasant short walk in beside the sea. Pool was small but not overcrowded and bar staff friendly and attentive. We had an inside room overlooking the pool and were not disturbed at all

We were walking the Portuguese Camino and this was our favourite hotel of the route. We were delighted to have a kettle in our room so we could make a herbal tea which we’d brought with us. It coincided with us finishing the day’s walk mid afternoon so got to enjoy a relax around the pool and a dip. Great breakfast too! Reception were really friendly and helpful.

Hotel com boas instalações gerais, mas oferece um serviço rudimentar a todos os níveis. Pequeno-almoço pobre, demora na reposição dos alimentos, nítida falta de pessoas na sala quer para a reposição quer para atender aos pedidos dos clientes. O quarto familiar que ficamos estava nojento, limpeza horrível haviam sítios que já não eram limpos á muito tempo (se é que foi limpo) as fotos evidenciam bem a sujidade do quarto.... paredes deterioradas, as barreiras de proteção das camas superiores estavam desencaixadas e sempre que os miúdos se encostavam toda a gente acordava com o barulho..... Claramente existe falta de brio por parte dos responsáveis na manutenção das infraestruturas, algum staff aparenta não ter qualquer formação para lidar com pessoas, se procura simpatia escolha outro hotel. Não deixa saudades

旅館位在城鎮的高處，在山下就可以看到旅館，開車過去的過程很好，而且一進門就看到Santuário do Sagrado Coração de Jesus，景致很好，心曠神怡！ 但是，我們同行的朋友卻住到一間有許多蚊蟲的房間，起初櫃台卻說是正常狀況，後才提供換房間。除了這間之外，其他房間尚可。
