埃爾珀緹科旅館(Al Portico Guest House)

We pre-paid to stay at this hotel before covid. Once covid happened they refused to give us a refund even though we were from Australia and unable to leave the country as we were locked down. I wrote many emails to them explaining what was happening and could we please have a refund as we cannot attend but was told no. Be careful of this hotel as they will take your money and if anything goes wrong, they do not care!

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, Nicola della reception è stato gentilissimo e bravissimo, location che consigliamo in una città magica come Venezia, se torneremo alloggeremo sicuramente qui 😀😀💪💪 ………..

Guest house située dans une ruelle au calme non loin d une grande rue commerçante et animée. Proche gare et vaporetto. Très bonne accueil, chambre spacieuse salle de bain correct. Machine à café dans la chambre avec capsules mis tous les jours ainsi que du the et une bouilloire. Possible de laisser les bagages dans un local pour un départ tardif. Parfait pour un court séjour

Mio marito mi ha regalato un we aVenezia per il mio compleanno, e non crebbe potuto scegliere location migliore. Ad un passo dal centro pur risultando silenzioso. Camera ampia e pulita . Personale attento ad ogni dettaglio (Nicola top). Colazione abbondante servita in camera dalla signora gentilissima. Sicuramente torneremo .

En amoureux Hôtel très bien placé Offrant le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour Cependant bruyant Les murs sont peu épais et l insonorisation est très moyenne

Appena tornati a casa dopo due giorni passati qui siamo stati super contenti personale gentilissimo camere pulite posizione molto buona per visitare venezia sicuramente lo consigliamo a tutti e ci ritorneremo volentieri chissà.... Grazie ancora al signore che ci ha dato tante informazioni disponibilissimo (scusi ma non ricordo il nome) molto soddisfatti!

Muy buen hotel, muy limpio y buen servicio de limpieza, en el desayundo todo muy bueno!!

I feel like the photos advertised make the hotel look nicer than our room was. We found it easily enough using Google maps, about a 10 minute walk from the train station. We arrived late afternoon and a member of staff was still on site to check us in. Rooms were small as expected for Venice but the flooring was not as pictured, red stone with multiple cracks. The bed was very firm, I found it very uncomfortable but my partner didn't mind it. Not sure why there's a bath as it is so small, it would make more sense to have a walk in shower. Bathroom was a bit grotty and could do with an upgrade. We were there 2 nights and the bin wasn't emptied but bed was made. The location was ideal for exploring on foot. Overall, I believe this was overpriced for the quality but is similar to other properties in Venice. If I was going again, I would splurge a little to stay somewhere nice as it is a beautiful city.
