絕對可怕！即使關著窗戶，房間裡還是有許多蚊子。我無法忍受待在房間裡，我和我的伴侶在睡覺時都被叮咬了。我們無法入睡，因為他們不斷地俯衝轟炸我們，醒來時他們會爬到我們身上。酒店從來不接聽他們的電話，因此聯繫了我們的酒店提供商，他們說他們在第二天聯繫了住宿，但沒有採取任何行動。從那時起一直與酒店聯繫，他們基本上採取了零責任、否認（儘管有照片）並拒絕為我們的可怕經歷和由此造成的傷害提供任何賠償。他們甚至還侮辱我，並試圖指責我編造故事以獲得免費住宿，並稱整個事情很可疑，儘管有證據表明我在入住初期就該問題聯繫過************並提供了照片證據可怕的感染/由此產生的叮咬。避免避免避免！

This room is in desperate need of heavy maintenance. The furniture in the room is hanging by a thread, floors and walls were filthy, mildew in the shower, broken folding chair in the room, the awning over the bed was coated in dust. The linens were stained. I would not recommend this property.

We had room #3. Great location and spacious room with a scenic canal view. Little noisy but ok with doors closed. It's safe, but be ready to enter 4 different codes at 4 different doors before you are finally in your room. Overall recommended stay in Venice.

One of the main highlights of our trip was this beautiful flat in Venice. Great canal views from the two balconies. Very spacious and comfortable. Entry was quiet, safe and well appointed. The location was ideal being very close to Rialto Bridge but also off a quiet street not too heavily trafficked. We have already and will continue to recommend d this place to friends and family who visit Italy.
