艾姆巴克溫哥華鑽石度假村(Embarc Vancouver)

I use the EMBARC club at the Sheraton wall repeatedly and feel very welcome and comfortable. While I miss the decor from the Intrawest days it has been upgraded and well maintained. The staff from housekeeping to the Guest services management are friendly, helpful and courteous. All you have to do is ask! I love being able to use the lounge for hosting friends and family to small informal gatherings. I feel proud to be a member!

We originally booked this accommodation based on location and overall facilities (suite with kitchenette). The bed was comfortable, the suite size was good, the shower terrific. Air conditioner worked well, but was a little noisy cutting in/out a lot. Sheraton reception and baggage staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in time 4pm and checkout time 10am could be improved to current standard of 11am checkout/3pm checkin, but Embarc is separate to the Sheraton, albeit in the same building and Sheraton staff handling the checkin/checkout process. We would have preferred inclusion of a washer/dryer/stovetop to make the stay perfect.

Very comfortable room with a great view of Vancouver. The location was very conventient for where we wanted to explore in Vancouver.

Staying at Embarc Vancouver was an excellent experience and location. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Wall Center Embarc is a beautiful location that's centrally located downtown with everything you need. I traveled with my family in April 2024 and we stayed in two separate single-bed studio-style rooms. Both rooms were lovely and clean and had the most amazing view of the city and surrounding sea and mountains. Staff was friendly and helpful and made our stay a breeze and a real pleasure. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay downtown. My only confusion was getting an additional bill after our stay with some extra expenses that seem tax related. This could be normal when staying in Vancouver - this was our first trip so I can't say for sure, and the charge wasn't a great amount, but this may not have been well communicated ahead of time.

We have stayed at this property many times over many years. Always an exceptionally high standard and stunning in all ways. Incredible views, central location and 24/7 amenities. Five Star accommodation and service.

The Sheraton Wall is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, and easy to access the Skytrain to both the Airport and the suburbs. The accommodations are excellent and the hotel staff is most considerate.
