Very good hotel, I had booked another of their hotels and they upgraded me to this one for no extra charge! I felt so luxurious, there were so many soaps, shampoos and even tooth brush and tooth paste, I had never seen it before in a hotel. Towels and tv, comfortable beds! I would love to stay longer. Also great location about 15 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute walk from the bus station.

This hotel is modern, happening, very comfortable, friendly and ideally located in one of the very elegant squares surrounding the cathedral which is of undecided style but gigantic and impressive. Everything was absolutely perfect, staff was wonderful.

我會告訴我自己的經歷在INSEDEHOME VALLADALLID酒店...對q來說,他們臉上了....真相 q不是 x 從哪兒開始...我們預訂這個pq酒店我們只想去睡覺和洗。在入住前一天,我們按照他們要求的做入住檢查。他們告訴我們24小時內他們發送入口代碼(沒有接待,沒有人可以要求,也沒有乾淨的毛)Q 我沒有接過...qM 觸了我聯繫,浪費了一小時的假期。入住時間後2小時到達酒店併入...1 驚喜...房間沒做...用子...用,用紙子...q信號,他們都很享受!我們離開酒店,試圖聯繫人...任務不可能...但不可能!我們回去洗...還有2個驚喜...口了門...口了**** 然後從整個裏水...房間小,想打開窗戶氣...3 驚喜...en窗口有........工作粉等..在牀上沒有一個q風機可以用的背景音樂掉Asiq睡覺的地方...q真相從未 m找到類似的...你應該檢查一下,關閉工廠...酒店告訴我們 q has given us服務和q不在夜裏訂單...asiq q消費者會...至少q不會對客戶笑...

Stayed here a few years ago with 2 other couples and it was fantastic, couldn't fault anything at all, so we decided to go again in January 2022 with another couple who we went with before. Nothing had changed, the room was lovely, nice and clean, staff were nice too, then we went for our evening meal, the dining room had changed it was twice as small as before, but the big let down was the food, it was awful, it was never hot usually tepid or even cold, bearly any choice of hot foods, the only thing that was decent was the made to order omelette at breakfast, one morning I'm sure the bacon had come straight from the fridge it was that cold!, definitely no good for vegetarians, honestly say I lost weight on holiday because the food was so bad, there was 1 snack bar which wasn't round any of the two pools, the sandwiches were a god send, freshly made. There was no entertainment on a night and only a few things like yoga or pool aerobic in one of the pools, nothing in other pool. We paid £1,429 for a week for both of us. So fair to say we will not go back there nor will any of our friends, we booked for next January as soon as we got home but in a different hotel.
