Great casual hotel, fantastic location to the city, town and metro. Staff on reception, we're all very friendly and helpful. In actual fact all staff were great. Breakfast is continental style, which was more than adequate. Room 405 is at the back so we were not disturbed by street noise. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was wonderful. Always super clean. All in all a great place to stay for a city break.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days with 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). Because the kids like Harry Potter, I asked for that room in advance via Booking.com. I got a response right away to confirm and when we arrived the kids were very happy with the room. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (both in advance via chat and at the moment of our stay). We were early to check in and our room wasn’t ready so we could leave our luggage in their luggage room that’s next to the front desk. The room was big enough for what we needed. Some features were a bit outdated and could use a bit of an upgrade (for example the old showerhead or some yellow spots around the air-conditioning) but that didn’t bother us so much. The fact that it was very clean made up for the flaws. Breakfast was perfect as well. There was enough choice of fruit, pastries, bread, coffees, eggs… There was also enough for everyone. If something was out, the staff immediately brought out more. We would absolutely recommend this hotel when doing a city trip to Valencia. It’s in the heart of the old town and very close to the metro-stop Xativa and a few bus stops.

The hotel has a great location. Within 15 minutes of walk you’re in the beautiful city centre of Valencia. All the other places to see are within 15 minutes by bike or even less with electric scooter. The area Russafa is filled with many good places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you with everything you need. Breakfast was good, restaurant staff also works hard to keep everything maintained. The rooms are very nice, AC works good, clean up every day by very friendly ladies. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, amazing for new years, staff are so kind and helpful and provided me with the extra things I requested, the breakfast is also 100% worth it with the food constantly being refilled up to closing. The rooms were very modern and cleaners were also very good. If your visiting Valencia, this is the hotel to visit!

My sister and I have just returned from a four night stay in the Helen Berger. This is a small hotel situated about five minutes walk from the old town of Valencia. The rooms are modern, with lovely bathrooms. Huge credit to the cleaning staff as they maintain the rooms to an exceptional standard. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Special mention to Daniel... It is an expensive hotel. Costing almost €190 per night without breakfast. That said you will enjoy a stay here very much. The bar/restaurant is very popular with both guests and locals which is always a good sign. Perhaps a little noisy when early morning deliveries are being made... Overall we had a really nice stay in a really nice hotel.

Great Time Spent at the Red Nest Valencia ...Super Staff , Super Location , Super Clean , Interesting fellow travellers .. can sometimes be a bit noisy so would recommend ear plugs for use in case of noisy sleepers ..many thanks
