Fui por 4 días de trabajo, cuando llegamos pasadas las 4:30pm no tenían habitaciones lista por falta de trabajadores, éramos 3 personas en una habitación de hasta cuatro, solo nos ponían 2 toallas para 3 personas, nunca tendían las camas ni aspiraban, del desayuno mejor ni hablar, la peor experiencia que he tenido en hoteles de carretera.

La habitación olia muy mal y el baño era demasiado desagradable su condicion.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was serviceable and certainly adequate (especially for the price), and I would recommend this place, but it's clear they cut a few corners. - I believe this is a Mom and Pop operation.

The bathtub did not drain well and there was no toilet paper holder ine the bath. The mattress pad was very uncomffortable and the plastic on the mattress was ripped. Would not stay in this hotel again in the future.

Absolutely disgusted with the accommodations. We peeled back the covers to find the sheets stained yellow on both beds. We removed sheets to find the mattress pads in worse shape. We took the sheets down to reception and asked for clean sheets. The employee handed me more stained sheets!!! I said that I don't want stained sheets to which he handed me more stained sheets!!! We were exhausted, took the sheets and didn't sleep a wink. NEVER AGAIN! Come on, invest in new sheets, new pillows and a new cleaning person.

It is in serious need of renovation and improvement. One sink serving both for the bathroom and kitchen is inadmisibil.

Building and the furniture is too old. To expensive, I booked this four stars room but honestly is a three maybe two. It looks like a Motel

Very rude and impolite staff, not willing to help, specially the old lady that work at front desk, RUDE, NASTY and whatever come next, very disappointment with customer service

The room was spacious and the bed linen clean (although old). But the room key repeatedly failed, requiring trips to the office for resets; rhe hot water supply conked out on both days; TV connections remained a mystery; breakfast items were largely absent. And the manager refused to consider adjusting the charges.

The room was spacious and fairly clean. However, the card-key repeatedly failed to reopen the door. The lighting around the sink was too dim to see well.The bath water lost its heat the first day and remained cold the next day. When informed of these problems the motel manager refused to adjust the charges for my stay.

The water in the shower wouldn’t get hot enough to take a shower. The hotel was run down. I’m not staying there agsin.
